At WSB, the Director, Design Technology role provides strategic leadership and oversight for our design technology platforms, including Autodesk, Bentley, and other critical design systems that enable our digital design delivery capabilities. What you will do: * Provide strategic leadership and vision for WSB's design technology infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives * Oversee enterprise deployment, administration, and optimization of Bentley ProjectWise, Autodesk platforms, and other design technology systems * Lead cross-functional teams to establish and implement design technology standards, best practices, and governance frameworks * Partner with IT leadership and business units to develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives * Manage vendor relationships and serve as primary executive contact for Bentley, Autodesk, and other technology partners * Direct the development and implementation of training programs and change management strategies for design technology adoption * Lead evaluation, testing, and deployment of new design platforms, tools, and workflows across the organization * Establish metrics and KPIs to measure design technology performance and ROI * Manage design technology budget and resource allocation * Mentor and develop design technology team members What you will bring: * 7-10 years of progressive experience in design technology leadership, with demonstrated expertise in Bentley and/or Autodesk platforms * Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale technology implementations and digital transformation initiatives * Deep technical knowledge of ProjectWise, Civil 3D, Autodesk Construction Cloud, iTwin, Synchro, and related platforms * Strong understanding of digital design delivery workflows, data management, and system integration * Experience managing technology budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills * Strategic thinking capabilities with ability to align technology initiatives with business goals * Degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred * Professional certifications in relevant platforms (Bentley, Autodesk) highly desirable Who We Are: WSB is a design and consulting firm specializing in Transportation, Community Planning, Environmental, Energy, Municipal, and Construction services.
