We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS & Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This hybrid role combines HR technology expertise with compensation analysis, ensuring our systems and pay programs are accurate, compliant, and strategically aligned. The ideal candidate thrives on data integrity, enjoys problem-solving, and brings a strong understanding of HR systems, ADP Workforce Now and compensation structures. What you will do: * RIS Management * Serve as the primary administrator for the ADP Workforce Now platform * Maintain data integrity by auditing and reconciling ADP WFN data regularly. * Develop and generate standard and ad hoc reports for HR metrics, compliance, and business insights. * Partner with IT and vendors to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. * Train HR staff and end-users on system functionality and best practices. * Establish and maintain HRIS data governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. * Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using compensation surveys and tools (e.g., ERI, Radford) * Support the annual compensation cycle, including merit increases, bonuses, and equity reviews. * Analyze internal pay equity and recommend adjustments to ensure fairness and compliance. * Assist in the development and maintenance of salary structures, job classifications, and compensation policies. * Prepare compensation-related reports and presentations for leadership What you will bring: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field. * 3-5 years of experience in HRIS administration and/or compensation analysis. * Proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP WFN, UKG) * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills. * Knowledge of FLSA, pay equity laws, and compensation best practices. * CCP certification is a plus. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. * Experience with HR analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus. Performing field observation/inspection. Material sampling and testing. Verify compliance with the plans and specifications. Prepare pay estimates, and produce project documentation for private, municipal, county, MnDOT, NDDOT, and federal projects. Documentation will include daily diaries, quantity calculations and backup documentation, letters, memos, and spreadsheets. You may also help with surveying, proposals, project budgets and schedules and may be involved in design-build, pavement management, or a variety of other technical related activities. What You Will Bring: We are looking for individuals experienced in: Municipal, heavy civil roadway and bridge construction inspection who want to better themselves and want to be challenged. 1+ years of construction inspection or related experience is required (5+ years of experience preferred). Excellent technical, communication, organizational skills. Material testing experience as well as current DOT technical certifications are preferred. Qualified candidates should send a copy of your current DOT certification card when applying. Valid driver's license with a good driving record is required. You must have the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains associated with construction sites. A two-year technical degree from an accredited school, or a degree from a four-year accredited college in a field related to civil engineering construction is a plus and will only increase your opportunities and growth. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. You must be comfortable working in all weather conditions. Due to the physical nature of the work, you must be able to lift 50 lbs. - 75 lbs. periodically.
