Who You Are Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or relevant. * Experience working with outside 3rd party vendors, suppliers, and contractors. * Minimum of 7 years of experience and demonstrated success with construction management or related disciplines. * Ability to self-motivate with an entrepreneurial spirit. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, MS Project. Familiar with Blue-Beam, AutoCAD, and project management software such as Procore a plus, but not required (candidate must be willing to learn software as applicable). * Experience working with direct and indirect resources, minimum of 5+ years acting in a construction management capacity or supervisory role on light industrial or commercial projects. * Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively. Our team includes over 30 paleontologists, including field technicians and directors, fossil preparators, and principal investigators. This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for a Lead CADD Technician/Designer in Computer Aided Drafting & Detailing (CADD) for our Las Vegas, NV office.
