Pros of working at WTTW

Easy access, Free parking

Cons of working at WTTW

Not organized, wasteful with money, senior management tend to bully and verbally abuse support staff and unwilling to accept recommendations to create efficiencies. This place is fueled by ego hence the high turn over. what a shame.

What do you like best about WTTW's CEO and the leadership team?

She doesn’t get involved in the day to day. Three members in the Leadership team like to one upping each other at the expense of their staff. They bully and verbally abuse support staff. HR is complaisant with this behavior.

How would you improve WTTW's culture?

Time to reorganize and hire a new talent pool.

How did you prepare for the WTTW interview?

WTTW has an old school mentality. Senior management have been there years and not to keen on collaboration. If you are loyal, highly efficient, well spoken and confident - you may want to rethink the interview. These people will chew you up and spit you out!
