Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $132,400.00 to $220,700.00.

The Director, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) plays a critical role in our mission to safeguard people, places, and products and the continuous improvement of the company's operating model for safety and security. This role works closely with leaders, the safety and security team, and other stakeholders to design and implement strategies, programs, and initiatives to safeguard team members, improve EHS performance, and ensure regulatory compliance. You Will

This internship is a 10-week program based in our downtown Chicago office. You will work on the User Experience Design team, which is responsible for designing Grainger's enterprise applications and customer-facing experiences. What You Will Do:
Complete cycle counts and reconciliations
Run various reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis including morning production reports, weekly cycle counting reports, and monthly variance reports
Conduct audits on production sheets and other pertinent inventory documents to verify accuracy
Manage off-spec and old material to ensure proper work-off or disposal of material, conduct scrapping of materials, and track the disposition purpose
Coordinate and lead physical inventories
Help with sampling efforts from the Materials Control side
Count and review label stock to ensure proper stock
Keep track of pallet counts and order pallets when needed
Assist in daily activities including labeling, counting, planning, etc. as needed.
Manage virtual inventories and shipments in SAP, audit production receipts and receiving amounts to verify accuracy in SAP, clear SAP error logs, and train personnel on SAP transactions including inventory and warehouse management systems.
Active role in the WMS implementation and sustainment of the system
Follow all safety and plant procedures and policies

Position Details:
The Sales Coordinator provides support to sales team members who are aligned to contractual customers. Sales Coordinators manage multiple track codes with approx. $150M in revenue. The purpose of the role is to shift non-selling activities away from our sales partners, enabling them to reallocate their time to strategic selling activities, resulting in sales growth. Sales Coordinators assist with contractual reoccurring reporting, contractual pricing coordination, track code maintenance, strategic content development, and pre/post order support. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for fostering significant business partnerships with all levels of leadership and collaborates with multiple cross functional teams to improve the customer and seller experience.
You Will:
* Supports multiple sellers; strategic partner in managing approx. $150M in sales.
* Provides seller support for large contract customers (such as National Accounts, Healthcare, GPOs, Channel Business, Gov't, and hold a strategic relationship with Grainger Canada National Sales Coordinators) in regard to CSP pricing, reporting, quotes, sourcing and other complex organizational tasks to drive contract implementation and execution of contracted business.
* Practices critical thinking to actively probe to uncover unique and complex customer-requirements while creating effective solutions to execute on tasks.
* Acts as a liaison between cross functional departments such as Quotes, Cross-Referencing, Customer Life-Cycle Project Manager, Contract Enablement Manager,
* Contract Administration Coordinator, Sourcing, Customer Service, Financial Services, eCommerce, Technical Product Support and other supported departments.
* Uses data to articulate customer story and/or works to address inconsistencies or-anomalies.
* Assist in RFQs, Large Bid Pricing, and Contractual CSP
* Assist in creation of quarterly business review reporting

* Assist in mass account creation and/or deactivation

You Have:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Possess the technological capabilities to efficiently navigate the Grainger systems and-software packages to support customers. (SAP/SOE, MS Office (Excel, Access) MS-Outlook, SalesForce, Keepstock Dashboard, etc.)
* Ability to influence without authority and negotiates to make sound decisions and-drive for best results while minimizing risk to the company.

Ecolab has an immediate need for a Customer Delivery Specialist to join their new expanded team in Joliet, IL! You'll be responsible for providing customer delivery of Bulk chemicals. This is a unique opportunity to grow in Ecolab's new private fleet that focuses on Safety first.
As a DOT driving professional, you will safely operate a diesel, bulk tanker vehicle over congested city highways, rolling and mountainous terrain, and rural roads. In addition, you will perform pre-trip inspections to any type of vehicle used to deliver chemicals to customers, plants, and warehouse locations.

What You Will Do:
Bulk/Tanker chemical delivery
Delivery typically within a 500-mile radius from Joliet, IL, plant location.
Safely operate vehicles to include (not limited to) delivery trucks, tank trunks, over-the-road trucks
Maintain driver's hours of service by using Samsara and/or paper logbook reporting
Maintain truck and equipment in a safe and operable condition by performing daily and periodic mechanical and safety inspections
Responsible for accurate up-to-date delivery location maps, and operates in accordance with DOT regulations governing the transportation of hazardous materials in accordance with homeland security requirements and guidelines
Maintain regular communication with sales and supervisor to report field problems and/or safety hazards
Follow Ecolab Verified Delivery procedures for all delivery assignments
Always wear appropriate safety gear during delivery operations
Keep current on safety techniques and take advantage of all opportunities to improve driving and safety skills
Recognize and avoid safety hazards in the work environment
Occasional overnight delivery.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL), no restrictions with HazMat & Tanker
3 years of commercial driving experience, compliant with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and DOT regulations from the past 3 years required
Must be willing to travel up to 5 days per week, home on Weekends and Holidays
Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
