Position Details The Customer Information Researcher plays an important role in driving the work of the Customer Review process. As a key member of the Customer Information Analysis Operations team, this role ensures smooth cross-functional processes with partners while taking ownership of assigned operational activities and initiatives. This role involves analyzing large data sets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, as well as troubleshooting challenges and enhancing processes through continuous improvement. Beyond this, the Researcher is expected to lead initiatives, ensure accountability and timely delivery, and represent their work through clear communication and updates. Success in this role requires proactively identifying solutions, collaborating across teams to remove roadblocks, and demonstrating initiative by seeking support when needed.
