This is a full - time position of 40 hours. Working Monday through Friday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) No Weekends or Holidays!! Paid Time Off includes 18 days available during your first year. Specifically, you will be packaging inbound material including using package labeling system and printers, automated packaging equipment, scales, tape guns, mechanical stapler, and shrink wrapping. Documenting packaging activity using radio frequency scanners and keyboard data entry. Maintaining stock of packaging supplies at packaging stations. Picking orders using safe operation of powered industrial equipment, label printers, radio frequency scanners and keyboard data entry and performing cart put away using powered industrial equipment. Other tasks include restocking and picking using powered industrial equipment, assisting with inventory counting. You must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and have the ability to spend most of the time standing and walking in a warehouse environment.

Compensation:
This position is hourly. The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $21.10 and $26.35.

The Sales Coordinator provides support to sales team members who are aligned to contractual customers. Sales Coordinators manage multiple track codes with approx. $150M in revenue. Position Details:
Account Managers will produce positive sales growth for a specific geography or vertical market with an average of 30 current accounts and an average of $3M dollars annually. Use Grainger's Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Salesforce, to perform all the aspects of business daily. You will report to the District Sales Manager of Commercial.
You Will:
* Understand customer goals and remain alert and responsive to changing customer needs
* Demonstrate knowledge of market data and access to resources to quickly respond to new developments in the customer's business
* Oversee support of managed inventory tasks to guide greater understanding of the customers, increase contacts within the customer group and increase sales results.
* Understand Grainger's Value Proposition by providing solutions to grow profitable sales
* Develop account penetration strategies to include regular business reviews for essential customers to maximize sales
You Have:
* 3+ years of direct outside sales experience
* Sales forecasting opportunity management and customer planning
* Travel required to each customer within aligned market at least once per month, or more frequently where needed
* Process discipline, ability to align planning goals with a pipeline development process to grow market revenue
* Ability to utilize sales process to uncover customer objections/concerns, and determine appropriate solutions

Customer Experience Managers (CXM) are members of the store leadership team that oversees execution of store standards across the entire store, including customer service, department readiness, and operational process. CXMs manage all activities required to ensure a safe opening and closing process. They coach associates, address customer service escalations, and perform Manager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities. This position will be expected to teach, coach and train associates on The Home Depot policies and procedures and ensure all associates are working in a safe manner all the time. CXMs will communicate priorities, ensure daily tasks are completed and keep the store running smoothly. At times, CXMs may be the only Manager available and will be expected to make business and associate decisions in partnership with appropriate resources and following SOPs. CXMs will provide input to Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers on Associates performance through the ongoing performance management and talent planning discussions.
