The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $79,000.00 to $131,600.00.

Position Details:
You will oversee Outbound (picking and packing) operations in a high volume, order fulfillment, multi shift distribution center. You will lead up to 4 salaried supervisors and provide indirect leadership for up to 100 non-exempt team members. You will manage a function to ensure accurate product receipt, order fulfillment and the optimization of resources and processes resulting in products provided to customers on time and operating costs and process efficiencies are met. Manage processes to ensure compliance with procedures, identify process improvements, and promote employee programs to create and promote an environment where employees are engaged and empowered. You will report to a Senior Manager, Distribution Operations at our Louisville, KY location.
The shift for this role is Monday through Friday. You will start around 9:45 a.m. until finished.
You Will:
* Use production, safety, quality, cycle time, financial and other key metrics to analyze performance and identify process variations or exceptions resulting in lower-than-expected performance and communicate issues to leadership
* Support Distribution Center wide projects and help ensure all deliverables are completed on time

Position Details
The Manager, Environmental, Health and Safety - GUS implements and manages environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs for distribution facilities, branches, and offices in the specified territory in compliance with EHS legal requirements and the company's standards. The role helps train and educate team members on EHS requirements and practices and provides EHS subject matter expertise support to the supply chain leaders and team members. The leader reports to an EHS Senior Manager for the region and will collaborate with other EHS area managers across the company.

* Develops, implements, and leads EHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance and prevent/reduce overall incidents and costs.

Job Summary
Makes deliveries to customers using a company-provided or rental vehicle. Maintains records of deliveries, inspects and maintains delivery vehicles, and provides customer service on order and delivery issues. If selected for this position, the company will continuously monitor Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs). A requirement of this position is an acceptable MVR status and a valid driver's license.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Delivers customer orders safely within a service area, including interfacing with customers on order issues. Follows the planned route for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
Loads inventory into trucks and unloads orders at customer sites using powered and non-powered material handling equipment. Provides exceptional customer service by being professional and polite during deliveries.
