Qualifications
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
Minimum age of 18 preferred. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually based on state requirements. Maintains all department specific required certifications. When applicable, may need a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Iowa: Require Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing. CNA certification must be maintained with the State Board of Nursing. Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course once CNA certification is obtained.
Minnesota: Must have nursing assistant certification, have completed the 75-hour course and be registered with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry. Successful completion of a state-approved Trained Medication Assistant course.

Arctic Cat's Test Technicians conduct testing of All Terrain Vehicles (ATV), Recreational Off-highway Vehicles (ROV), and Snowmobiles through field durability, laboratory, compliance, and developmental tests. Testing is performed in compliance with standards, including compiling and reporting acquired test data, documenting pre- and post-testing information, and performing necessary duties to support all tests performed.
Responsibilities:
Assemble ATVs, ROVs, and Snowmobiles with test components and test equipment. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all fabrications and assembly tasks.
Perform detailed laboratory, compliance, development, and field test procedures. Assist test engineers with creating and revising procedures.
Determine, with assistance from test engineers, the appropriate test equipment required to perform any given test. If in-house equipment modification or fabrication is required, assist in the design, modification, or fabrication of that test equipment.
Effectively communicate the test progression and preliminary test results to the Test Engineers.
Present test data using graphs, spreadsheets, and statistics with data analysis software, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
Maintain the test lab work area and participate in 5S events to improve workplace efficiency.
Assist in the repair of and maintaining calibration of laboratory and data acquisition equipment.
Operate and understand data acquisition equipment programming.
Assure completeness and accuracy of tests performed.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive designs, costing, test data, prototype models, and product plans.
Coordinate truck and test trailer maintenance with internal personnel and external suppliers. Additionally, be responsible for scheduling the use of trucks and trailers.
Maintain Test team vehicle inventory and ensure that baseline vehicles are in good operating condition.
Prepare trucks, trailers, and vehicles for test trips, ensuring that all supporting equipment is coordinated and ready.
Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate ATVs, ROVs, and Snowmobiles required

Job Summary
Responsible for performing ultrasounds in a professional and diagnostic manner. Uses cognitive sonographic skills to identify and record appropriate anatomical, pathological, and diagnostic images. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of Diagnostic Imaging, Allied Health Certificate/Diploma or a minimum of one year
equivalent work experience is preferred.
Registration in at least one of the following areas of sonography is required: Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), or registry eligible.
Registry preferred within two years after hiring.
If working in North Dakota and performing medical imaging or radiation therapy procedures, licensure through the North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (NDMIRT) Board is required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within six weeks of employment and re-certification as necessary is required.

The Selection Process:
Applications are open from August -November each year. Applications will be reviewed and shortlisted candidates will typically be contacted for an initial phone screen by the end of November. Candidates selected to move forward will be invited to participate in a virtual panel interview with an identified HR business partner and functional leader. Successful candidates would move forward to an offer. You will partner with the Early Talent team in January to complete a survey that provides a deeper look at your specific interests, strengths & career goals. All specific internship assignments are communicated in February, after aligning based on your specific interests and business demand.
Intern Relocation Assistance:
Polaris offers a relocation program for interns who qualify through our mobility vendor. To qualify for these services your home address must be 35 miles or more from the office where you will be working. Benefits include a lump sum (grossed up to offset tax liability), access to a relocation counselor to explain the resources available to you and aid securing short-term housing available to you. Your responsibilities will include daily transportation to and from the office.

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $21.00 to $29.25 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime. Responsibilities and Duties
Meets D.O.T requirements required by job assignment
Bends, stoops, squats, kneels, crouches, crawls, climbs ladders and stairs, stands, walks, and turns/pivots frequently throughout duration of workday
Sits infrequently, as required, throughout duration of workday
Exercises simple hand grasping, power hand grasping, fine hand manipulation, and reaching from foot level to above shoulder level as necessary to complete assigned tasks
Operates standard and manual transmission
Operates power and pneumatic tools
Requirements
Must have an active driver's license issued by the state

Knowledge and Skills
Current documented automotive mechanical experience
Experience using diagnostic equipment, scan tools and personal computer
Possesses full complement of personal hand tools
Class A/B or A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) - Preferred
Dependable with ability to report to work on a regular and timely basis and complete scheduled workday on a consistent basis
Available to work varying shifts, additional hours and/or overtime depending on service needs
Wears personal protective equipment as required
Works in an environment with variable temperatures and humidity (climatic conditions), exposure to cleaning materials, petroleum products, dust, dirt, and noise, outside inclement weather, etc.
Works cooperatively in a diverse work environment
Communicates effectively through sight, hearing, and/or otherwise, to perform assigned tasks and maintain proper job safety conditions

What we're looking for...
High school diploma or GED.
One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
