Qualifications

THE JOB:
As a Housekeeping Floor Manager at Bellagio, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned housekeeping areas to ensure a seamless and polished guest experience. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Co-own (with Executive Chef) the restaurant's business plan and represent the restaurant in divisional, property or corporate meetings
* Responsible for execution of policies, operating procedures, pricing initiatives, training programs, directives, menus, rules and regulations for the restaurant staff. Owns restaurant's execution of F&B and/or company-wide initiatives and programs
* Maintain the highest standards of health, sanitation and cleanliness within all areas of Beverage. Responsible for completion of all company compliance training by the restaurant staff

This position is responsible for assisting in creating a smooth operating department by overseeing the cleanliness of all public areas. • Spending up to 95% of their time on the floor overseeing the cleanliness of all areas of the property by monitoring job tasks and employee performance, ensuring compliance of all Hotel and Department Policies, Procedures and Service Standards, coaching, developing and motivating staff.
• Opening and closing times clocks for staff.
• Updating and posting daily sign in sheets as needed.
• Adjusting daily shift schedules, radio, key and equipment log sheets as needed.
• Handing out keys, radios and equipment.
• Assisting in all daily pre-shifts.
• Ensuring special projects and cleaning requests are completed and Shift Managers are notified of status.
