Our team has an immediate need to hire a reliable, hard-working, experienced X-Ray Technician. This is a full-time role located in Roseville, California. Under moderate supervision the successful candidate will have attained full proficiency in the area of discipline and will be responsible for properly taking required patient images using technological equipment. Responsibilities include clear and timely communication with clinicians on a regular basis and helping with other office administrative tasks and coverage for Medical Assistants. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: To be successful in this role, must be able to perform each of the essential functions noted above in addition to possessing the Education, Training, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Expected Behaviors as follows: Required: High-school diploma or equivalent with associate degree or higher in a related area preferred plus at least 1-year experience working as an X-Ray Technician in a medical practice or similar environment. Current California AART certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists). Knowledge and full understanding of current radiological standards. Hands on experience assisting Physicians with procedures and tasks in patient exam rooms along with a wide range of tasks related to patient care. Effective time management and organizational skills including prioritizing daily tasks. Ability to communicate logically and clearly verbally and in writing, along with good listening communication skills while maintaining professional and courteous interactions with patients, physicians, and coworkers. Must be able to ensure accurate, timely completion of assigned tasks. PC Proficient with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Understand additional tasks may be assigned to meet business needs. Compensation / Benefits: Full-time position working Monday - Friday with a competitive pay range of $27 - $35/hour depending on relevant work experience.
