Acceptable credentialing bodies and certifications American Heart Association Basic Life Support. Prefer Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certified or obtained within six (6) months of hire. The acceptable credentialing body for this requirement is the American Heart Association. Completes Advanced Cardiac Life Support qualification. No disciplinary actions in file (written notice or higher). Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment. Ensures visitors and staff are supplied with lead shielding or kept at a safe distance from the source of radiation. 5. Performs patient documentation and completes necessary office duties. Ensures patient reports are received in a timely manner for the health care provider. Ensures patient charges are accurately documented using the EHR system. Provides input and assists with maintaining department policies, procedures, and product information. Provides patient demographics and reports to hospital billing system.
