Job Summary:
The Engineering/Maintenance team is responsible for opening properties prior to guest arrival, maintenance and repair during the season and closing properties at the end of the season. Heavy Equipment Laborers do not require Class A CDL and assist the department with all tasks.

Qualifications

* Proficient in supervising personnel in accordance with all Xanterra policies and procedures.
* Proficient in the knowledge about the operation and safety with heavy equipment, tractor-trailers, bobcats, snow blowers and other tools and equipment common to the trade.
* General knowledge of domestic utility repair work, i.e. water, sewer, electrical.
* General knowledge of placing concrete and asphalt patching.
* General knowledge of staining, i.e. bumper log finishing.
* Must be at least 21 years old and possess a current, valid, Class A CDL license with a good driving record. This position will also be subject to required DOT drug and alcohol testing.
Heavy Equipment Operator
* Must be at least 21 years of age

* Must possess or obtain a current DOT physical qualification
