I am a seasoned technology executive, entrepreneur, leader and strategist. However, beyond the adjectives, I am essentially a dreamer, an investor in human assets, a chronic underdog winner, and a problem solver.

I’ve built a life and extremely successful businesses following a simple philosophy- I can never be outworked; I thrive on passion; I stay loyal to my dreams and I show up everyday

I co-founded a very successful Technology Services company focused on Digital Media and Telecommunications. I was in my early 20s; had no fancy Ivy League pedigree; had 5 people as my service delivery arm in India; was FOB and took just the right, wrong exit to build my American Dream! The business, www.xavient.com , is a thriving 3500+ people enterprise creating multibillion dollar value for leaders in the digital media and Communication Service Providers’ space.

Recently, I built Hallwaze (www.hallwaze.com) to solve real world enterprise communication, cross pollination and business alignment problems. It’s a platform that connects Employees, Management, Partners, and other Stakeholders in an asynchronous value chain so the right ideas get to the right end points without a waterfall organizational bureaucracy

I have also invested in and sit on the board of a nextgen Customer Relationship Cloud called SalezShark (www.salezshark.com ) and curating an On-Demand Service provisioning platform called KwickHelp

As a person:

 I go thru a constant thought process churn yet I am extremely phlegmatic

 The scenery along the way matters as much as the destination- I ride Harleys!

 I value loyalty and passion above everything else

 I am the best counter puncher in town!

 I love to lift-an everyday bootcamp for grit, determination and accomplishing small goals

 I am worthless if I am not ideating with, leading, or empowering my team members and backing them to the hilt

 I love to make people around me richer! In the process, I make some for myself too!
