Management is inexperienced, when things go wrong management will point the finger at the employee and will set up the employee for failure, the worth company I ever worked for, the union is totally necessary to protect the employee
Pay is competitive
Nothing, supervisor was a know it all and no experience whatsoever
Get the proper management personnel and have the H.R people appreciate the employees better

Great pay and benefits. Many opportunities to learn and grow. working for a company that cares about the environment and is doing something about it.
Not much except there is more than enough work to go around and there are many long days but the work is very rewarding and meaningful.
