Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Book, modify and service reservations for our guests and communicate effectively. * Confirm & qualify each incoming guest for their presentation. * Report on tour reconciliations at varying times throughout the day to appropriate departments. * Reschedule any mini vac tours that were missed or no showed for their tour. * Answering any questions from owners or non-owners concerning their reservations. * Address any special needs that owners and non-owners may have. * Greet non-owners/ guests who arrive for their vacation. * Go over qualifications with the guests at the time of booking, confirming and during check-in. * Supply guests with local information, maps to their hotels and the surrounding area. * Selling Busch Gardens/ Scuppers tickets and any tickets that may enhance the guest's vacation. * Report on arrivals, no shows, tour invites, late arrivals, and daily room/ Inhouse booking activity daily.
