XenoPort, Inc. Leadership

Dr. Barrett has served as a member of our Board of Directors since December 2007. He is a founder of XenoPort, Inc. and since 2001 has served as its Chief Executive Officer. From 1999 to 2001 he served as Chief Scientific Officer of XenoPort. From 1989 to 1999 he held various positions at Affymax Research Institute (acquired by Glaxo Wellcome in 1995), the most recent of which was Senior Vice President of Research. Prior to Affymax Research Institute, Dr. Barrett was a molecular pharmacologist in the Neuroscience Group at Abbott Laboratories from 1986 to 1989. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of XenoPort. Dr. Barrett received a B.S. from Bucknell University and a Ph.D. in pharmacology from Rutgers University.

William G. Harris is the chief financial officer of [Xenoport](https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/xenoport), a biopharmaceutical company that develops a portfolio of product candidates to treat neurological disorders. He was previously the CFO of Coulter Pharmaceutical. Prior to that, he held several positions at Gilead Sciences. Harris holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Gianna M. Bosko is a senior vice president, chief legal officer and secretary at XENOPORT INC.
