Steve Vamos, Chief Executive Officer of Xero, leads the global growth and performance of the business. With more than 30 years’ experience in global technology and digital media, Steve has worked in leading international businesses, including Apple, IBM and Microsoft. Steve also led the growth of ninemsn, an online media business, from start-up to industry leader as company’s Chief Executive Officer. Steve holds a degree in Civil Engineering (with Honors) from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

Craig Walker is Co-Founder, Founding CTO, and Executive GM Product for Payments, Billing & Automation at Xero, a small business accounting platform and software provider. Founded in 2006 in New Zealand, Xero is one of the world’s fastest growing software-as-a-service (SAAS) companies. We lead the NZ, Australian, and UK cloud accounting markets, employing a world-class team of more than 2,500 people serving over 1.8 million subscribers. Forbes named us the World’s Most Innovative Growth Company in 2014 and 2015. Xero listed on the NZ Stock Exchange in 2007 and is now listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX: XRO). Craig has spent his career building mission-critical internet applications and managing teams of software engineers, designers, and product managers. As EGM, Craig leads a global product and engineering team that builds and oversees the core financial services platform of Xero. This includes the core workflows of banking, invoicing, billing & payments, while also owning the document automation process that is a key entry point into these customer journeys.Having spent the first half of his career leading Xero's technology strategy and building out Xero's core accounting platform, Craig is now building the company’s next generation FinTech and financial services products, owning everything from strategy to execution. Prior to Xero, he co-founded SAAS provider Viatx and worked for leading Microsoft consulting firm Glazier Systems. Craig completed his BSc at Massey University in 1998. Craig earned the New Zealand Hi-Tech Young Achiever of the Year award in 2007.

Kirsty leads Xero’s global financial team, driving financial outcomes, actively managing the group’s financial performance, optimizing the business's balance sheet and communicating the group’s strategic and financial priorities to key stakeholders, including investors. She also has management of Xero’s global facilities team. Kirsty is a Chartered Accountant with 25 years’ experience in the finance and technology sectors both in private practice and commercial technology roles. Kirsty holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Management degree from Lincoln University.

Anna leads Xero’s product teams, spearheading product management, development, design, and product marketing to bring more exciting Xero features to partners and small businesses. Anna has a wealth of experience in online financial services and operations. Before joining Xero as managing director for New Zealand in 2016, Anna led internet banking at ASB and the digital first strategy at Spark. Anna has a bachelor’s degree and a postgraduate diploma in commerce from the University of Auckland.
