**Job overview and responsibilities**
The Product Manager - Digital Experience will define the product vision, build the product roadmap, and lead the implementation and continuous improvement of United's Digital Experience Platform (DXP), enabling the team to deliver more personalized, seamless, and data-driven experiences for customers. They will translate insights into actionable requirements, partner closely with engineering and design teams across the enterprise, and ensure features launch successfully and evolve based on data, feedback, and business goals. They will also act as a strategic leader, identifying opportunities to optimize publishing tools and processes, improve stakeholder experience, and enhance the overall digital publishing framework.
· Build and prioritize the DXP roadmap that balances business goals and technical feasibility
· Ensure features are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with the product vision
· Define and communicate the long-term vision and strategy for the DXP

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
