As a SLED Client Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with SLED agencies and departments. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and delivering IT solutions tailored to meet SLED clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the SLED market.

**Summary:**
This role within the Xerox Office of General Counsel (OGC) reports to the Assistant Secretary and is responsible for driving the company's strategic corporate transactions efforts, including all M&A and financings. **Scope** :

**Responsibilities** :
+ Executes the Company's efforts on strategic corporate transactions (transactions: $1B), including all M&A activity and financings, and develop strategy and lead certain workstreams (transactions: $100M+) related thereto.
+ Develop strategy and lead the Company's efforts, and manage outside counsel, with respect to drafting, reviewing and negotiating M&A related transaction documents.
+ Develop strategy, provide legal advice and lead the Company's efforts, and manage outside counsel, with respect to buy-side and sell-side M&A due diligence.
+ Draft, review and negotiate Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement.
+ Drive legal due diligence, including: scope and execute diligence plan, lead company management calls and engage teams of associates, specialists and outside counsel.
+ Represent Xerox in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, leveraged buyouts, tender offers, joint ventures, minority investments and other corporate transactions.
+ Assist in tracking covenant compliance and regulatory filing compliance.
+ Assist in supporting the Corporate Secretary function, including with respect to securities law filings, corporate governance and Board and Committee meetings, in each case, related to M&A and financing activities.
**Education/Professional Certifications** :
+ Master degree in specialized field (Example: MSC, MBA etc.)
+ BA/BS and JD with excellent law school credentials.
+ Licensed to practice law in the US, preferably New York or Connecticut or be eligible for licensure as a registered in-house counsel in CT.

POSITION PURPOSE
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of multi-state payroll operations. This role serves as a subject-matter expert in payroll administration, tax compliance, and reporting, ensuring all payroll activities adhere to federal, state, and local regulations. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Payroll Processing & Administration
Process regular and off-cycle payroll accurately and on schedule by collecting, verifying, and entering payroll data, including hours worked, overtime, PTO, bonuses, stipends, and other earnings.
Review and validate timesheets and payroll data, collaborating with managers to resolve discrepancies prior to payroll submission.
Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, job changes, promotions, pay rate adjustments, exemptions, and benefit elections.
Issue and distribute paychecks or direct deposit confirmations as required.
Ensure payroll operations comply with internal policies, procedures, and audit standards.
Payroll Accounting & Reconciliation
Verify payroll liability calculations by determining employee taxes (federal, state, and local income taxes, Social Security, Medicare) and employer obligations (unemployment, workers' compensation, and related taxes).
Post, review, reconcile, and audit payroll entries within payroll and accounting systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and analyze payroll reports, including summaries of earnings, deductions, leave balances, non-taxable wages, and special payroll adjustments.
Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll reconciliations.
Tax Compliance & Reporting
Establish, maintain, and update state unemployment insurance and withholding tax accounts, including registration in new states as the organization expands.
Prepare, file, and submit accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax filings.
Process and distribute annual W-2 forms and ensure compliance with year-end reporting requirements.

Assist with annual audits including 401k audit, worker's compensation audit, and financial audits as requested.

Process Improvement & Collaboration

**Introduction** As an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Data & AI Lead, you will be responsible for architecting, leading, and delivering innovative cloud data and AI solutions on Oracle Cloud. - Work with OCI services such as Autonomous Database, Oracle Data Lakehouse, Data Integration, Data Flow, GoldenGate, Analytics Cloud (OAC), and AI Services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data and AI components across applications, infrastructure, and security layers.
- Support pre-sales activities including client presentations, solution design, and proposal development.
- Define best practices for cloud data architecture, governance, and MLOps.

**Required technical and professional expertise**
- Strong expertise in OCI Data and AI services - Autonomous Database, OAC, Data Lakehouse, GoldenGate, Data Flow, and AI/ML tools.
- Proven experience designing and delivering data pipelines, analytics models, and machine learning workflows.
- Deep understanding of data architecture, governance, and integration frameworks.
- Experience with GenAI, LLM-based solutions, and MLOps frameworks preferred.
- Strong client-facing communication and solution advisory skills.
