**Purpose:**
The Mailroom Associate supports Xerox-managed service sites by providing efficient docucare, mail, and office-related services. This role blends hands-on document production and finishing work with basic client support and workflow coordination.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Perform mailroom tasks: sorting, delivery, metering, and packaging of incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
+ Shipping tasks: sorting, delivery, scanning, packages of incoming/outgoing packages.
+ Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance of office equipment.
+ Paper tasks: Ordering and Stocking paper supplies.
+ Kitchens tasks: Ordering and stocking kitchen items.
+ Interact professionally with clients and end-users; provide support and escalate issues as needed.
+ Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering office/production supplies.
+ Participate in workflow optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to operate and maintain various print and mail equipment.
+ Clear communication skills and a customer service mindset.
+ Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
