There are two available FAST program tracks: (1) Field Applications and (2) Technical Sales. **Field Applications Engineer track** This 12-month experience aims to establish rising Field Applications Engineers (FAEs) as technical TI experts with customer engineers and internal teams. The track includes 3 rotations: **Rotation 1, Field Sales Office (FSO):** The FSO rotation is centered on learning how to work directly with customers to solve technical challenges, and to ultimately maximize TI's revenue by providing customers with the systems-level solutions that best address their design needs. What you need to succeed * BA/BS degree preferred * 6-10 years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or a related field OR equivalent practical experience. * A deep understanding of mobile app development is required (Android and iOS). * Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and system architectures. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical collaborators. * Proven track record of delivering high-impact programs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Have led on creation, consensus and roll-out of new program, planning and development processes. * Strong Agile experience and background.
