Xilinx CEO and leadership

Victor Peng (born 1960) is a Taiwanese-American technology executive and CEO of Xilinx, an American technology company that supplies programmable logic devices.

Brice Hill joined Xilinx in April 2020, to serve as chief financial officer (CFO). He is responsible for all aspects of the financial management of Xilinx, including Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Corporate Development. He adds substantial financial expertise and leadership to the company’s transformation to adaptable platforms and sustained growth.

Hill is a veteran technology executive, bringing to Xilinx leadership and expertise in finance, mergers and acquisitions, global operations, and strategy. Most recently, Hill served as the CFO and chief operating officer, Technology, Systems, and Core Engineering Group at Intel Corporation. During his 25-year tenure at Intel, Hill led in areas including corporate performance measurement, portfolio management, budgeting, disclosure, and external reporting. Prior to Intel, Hill held various finance positions at General Motors Corporation.

Hill holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Washington, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Catia Hagopian is a Senior VP/Chief Compliance Ofcr/Secy/Gen Cnsl at XILINX INC. She works or has worked at DLA Piper. Catia studied at University of California San Francisco and University of Southern California.

Jeff Swanson is a Sr. Director IT & CTO in IT at XILINX INC. He has worked as CIO IT at Apple Claris division and Sr Director IT at Sybase. Jeff attended Metropolitan State University of Denver between 1981 and 1984.
