How you will create an impact

Oversee underwriting staff including managing and evaluating work; makes decisions regarding pay, performance management, development, employment, and staffing.
In collaboration the Senior Managers, Head of Marine and HR, implement tools and strategies to attract and retain top industry talent and develop high performing teams.
Identify areas/positions within the US that lack sufficient bench strength, and employees who require additional skills to fill those needs; develop and execute development/training/recruiting platforms/plans to address the deficiencies.
Establish strong relationships with all members of the leadership teams; create mutual understanding of overall parameters and goals to drive effective execution of business model.
Interact with all levels of Insurance community.

The base salary range anticipated for this position is $99,700 - $166,100, plus opportunity for company bonus based upon a percentage of eligible pay. How you will create an impact
* Drive coverage certainty by establishing policy wording guidelines and counseling underwriters on best practices.

* Develop training to help underwriters better understand the importance of policy wording.
* Contribute to Underwriting Bulletins and other communications to provide underwriters with direction and insight on policy wording and usage.
* Support the development and implementation of the Global Policy Forms Library and Digital Workflow.
What you'll need to succeed
* Written and Oral Communication - 3+ years of policy language analysis and drafting experience, preferably in Property, or alternatively, two years of drafting experience and three years of Property underwriting experience; ability to break down difficult concepts in order to provide clear and succinct explanations to underwriters and other stakeholders
* Knowledge - Experience with US Property markets and policy forms; experience and knowledge of both admitted and surplus lines markets a plus
* Flexibility - Proficiency in both working independently and collaborating with others in a team environment across multiple disciplines

The Impact You Will Have
The Inland Marine Claims Adjuster will handle Inland Marine claims including auto physical damage claims with end to end responsibility. The Claims Adjuster will proactively investigate, negotiate, and standard claims, within the standard claims unit in accordance with established best practices and assure claims are handled within granted autonomy limits. You will also develop and maintain relationships with customers and brokers as well as internal business partners.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
* Investigation and Reserving of Claims: Assisting, supporting, contributing , driving tasks and topics, and decision authority
* Investigate high volume claims that involve non complex issues on Auto Physical Damage claims associated with Motor Truck Cargo programs, as well as standard claims for additional lines of business.

* Drive effective subrogation processes.

* Market Management - Support acquisition of new business and retention of existing business.
* Liaise with underwriters on market management initiatives.
* Relationship Management - Positively represent Allianz Commercial externally to the market and Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and clients, as well as other relevant stakeholders (e.g. third party adjusters).

What You'll Bring to the Role

The Claims Specialist is a critical role in our growing Public Entity team and will be responsible to direct all aspects of file handling on internal and third-party administered claims in the Public Entity line of business. The Company is open to considering candidates in numerous locations, including Philadelphia (PA), Princeton (NJ), Chicago (IL), Atlanta (GA), and Hartford (CT). The salary range posted below reflects market variations across various locations. The offer will be adjusted per geography.
The base salary range anticipated for this position is $99,700-$152,800, plus opportunity for company bonus based upon a percentage of eligible pay. In addition, the company makes available a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401k match, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
The salary estimate is adjusted to reflect the varying market conditions across different locations, with the with the higher end being more aligned with the Princeton, NJ job market. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the range.

Lexington has an opportunity for a Regional Production Specialist on the U.S. Builders Risk team specializing in underwriting primary, shared and layered construction risks. The Regional Production Specialist is expected to work effectively in an independent manner to successfully manage his/her book of business of new and renewal production along with executing the profitability strategy for territory's portfolio. A Regional Production Specialist must be able to illustrate sufficient technical analysis and underwriting acumen combined with marketing and sales skills to meet underwriting goals (i.e., achieve growth targets and maintain overall profitability). In addition, the ability to coach, train and develop staff to their fullest potential is required.

* This is a key role in our Lexington Builders Risk team in which you will take ownership for achieving goals and outcomes. What you'll need to succeed:
* Proven underwriting experience in US Builders Risk, Inland Marine, Construction or Property including product features, forms, regulatory environment, and risks etc. and a successful record of selling products to clients.
* Deep technical expertise of Builder's Risk as well as knowledge of the market, portfolio management, acquisition, and distribution
* Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Customer and sales-orientated behaviors: motivated, tenacious, focused, technically skilled, proactive, and accountable.

About the role
As a Senior Underwriting Assistant, you will make a vital contribution within the Underwriting Support Unit of our product field operations by working with underwriters and CoE partners to develop and deliver tailored solutions whilst handling some of our complex accounts. Providing technical guidance to other junior support staff while working under moderate supervision will be important too.
Key responsibilities:
Partnering with regional underwriters and/or more senior UW Support employees in the end-to-end processing of new and renewal business.
Evaluating new and renewal submissions against prescribed criteria to determine completeness.
Identifying and resolving account alerts and blocks during the submission process to avoid account conflicts.
Performing data analytics, remodeling, when necessary, referral documentation preparation and completion, as well as form checklist and working approval.

What we're looking for
Eager to learn from experiences and new situations, you're great at navigating and switching between proprietary, vendor, web-based and standard computer systems, according to priorities. About the Team
The Property Facultative team underwrites all commercial property accounts in the US via both our broker and direct channel(s). This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients in a channel neutral environment. It is a position that will allow an underwriter to grow and expand their knowledge across all industry classes, insurance perils, and layer structures, including both proportional and non-proportional placements. This role reports to one of the Team Leads in Property Single Risk Facultative and involves analyzing risk using state of the art proprietary modeling tools for both fire and natural catastrophe exposures to develop creative reinsurance solutions based on clients' needs.
About You
You're an analytical thinker with strong decision-making abilities who thrives in a collaborative environment. We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
