The base salary range anticipated for this position is $88,400- $129,700 plus opportunity for company bonus based upon a percentage of eligible pay. Responsibilities: * Support the daily operations and implementation of new or enhanced product features * Provide and/or modify content in knowledge base for technical events * Track and follow up on technical events through the service management tool. * Participate with team to provide support for digital enhancements through research and application development * Perform analytical discovery to determine feasibility of product concepts and modifications * Participate in the conversion of functional groups to active directory groups * Create and update user stories in the backlog to meet business expectations * Follow-up on user stories for appropriate approvals * Assist with regulatory or mandatory identity and security efforts as needed Qualifications: * Grade Level: current rising senior (2029) undergraduate or current master's student. * Preferred major: Computer Science or Engineering * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to multi-task and balance priorities * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities * Highly organized with attention to detail * Excited, motivated and passionate * Familiar with Agile methodologies * Familiar with web development tools, SQL, .Net, Javascript is a plus. * Within commuting distance of Hartford, CT At Munich Re, we see Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as a solution to the challenges and opportunities all around us.
