Responsibilities * Act as a business advisor, providing expertise on acquisition strategies, contract types, market research, and contracting methods, including sole source and competitive procedures. * Prepare acquisition-related documents (e.g., Acquisition Research Center (ARC) postings, Acquisition Plans, and Contract Review Panel briefings). * Conduct continuous compliance reviews and resolving contract performance issues. * Collaborate with Program Managers, Contracting Officer's Technical Representatives (COTRs), and Contracting Officers (COs) to provide daily financial and business management support. * Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Source Selection processes. * Identify and implement efficiencies to improve contract operations, documentation, and compliance. * Develop and present contract-related recommendations to management, including resource allocations and corrective actions.
