We need more training programs for new employees so that people can feel more confident about the job their assigned to do. So overall better training programs.

Cool mix of technology and manufacturing! The company is changing how manufactured parts are made through the use of technology and a strong network of manufacturing shops across America.
I don't mind it, but the pace is fast. You have to like to be part of something that is changing the norm.
