About the Role
As an Activation Associate, you will be a key player in designing and executing the programs that keep suppliers engaged, performing, and growing within the Xometry marketplace. What You'll Do

Excellent grammar, editing, and messaging skills in a B2B context

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of manufactured parts and finished goods that are delivered to our customers. Responsibilities:
Inspection and Verification: Conduct thorough inspections of machined parts and other finished goods, verifying conformance to customer specifications and quality standards. Utilize the AQL sampling plan outlined in ANSI/ASQ Z1.4.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Accurately document inspection results, testing data, and non-conformances in accordance with ISO standards and Xometry's quality management system. Maintain organized and controlled electronic records.
Procedure Development: Contribute to the development, revision, and maintenance of inspection procedures and work instructions.
Calibration and Maintenance: Coordinate the calibration of measurement and test equipment.
Quality Investigations: Assist in customer complaint investigations and quality system audits, contributing to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and customer support teams to address quality issues and ensure seamless communication.
Compliance and Safety: Perform all duties in compliance with Xometry's quality and safety systems, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on inspection experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Strong ability to use standard measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
Experience with PC-DMIS and CMM operation is highly desirable.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is a plus.
Proficiency with CAD software, especially SolidWorks, and the ability to generate drawings is a significant advantage.

We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Events Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of trade shows, industry events, customer summits, and other sponsored experiences. This role plays a critical part in driving awareness, lead generation, and engagement with prospects and customers across key verticals like aerospace, medical, automotive, and industrial manufacturing.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B event strategy, logistics, and promotion - with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, coordinate across teams, and measure ROI. You'll be the driving force behind how Xometry shows up in person and virtually across the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end execution of Xometry's events program, including trade shows, conferences, partner events, webinars, and activations for both the Xometry and Thomas brands.

Lead pre- and post-event promotional efforts including email, paid media, signage, and on-site collateral.
