About the role
As a Senior IT Project Manager - Manhattan WMOS & Logistics, you will make an impact by leading cross-functional logistics technology projects that enhance operational efficiency across Distribution Centers (DCs), Final Mile, Transportation, and Returns. This role will primarily focus on Logistics projects with established project management methodologies/tools to develop and execute Technology project plans in alignment with our company and Vendor's Software Development Lifecycle.
In this role, you will:
Apply industry-standard project management methodologies (Agile, SDLC) and tools (JIRA, Rally) to lead cross-functional logistics initiatives.
Drive execution of Warehouse Management (WMOS) and Supply Chain projects, including DC rollouts, Final Mile, Transportation, and Returns.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to align on flight plans, schedules, and deliverables.
Facilitate requirement grooming and solution design for systems like Manhattan WMOS and IBM Sterling.
Manage MOD development and integration touchpoints across upstream (Sterling OMS/IMS, RMS) and downstream (ProShip, 3PL) systems.
Oversee development and QA of microservices, performance monitoring (AppDynamics), and reporting (Snowflake, Power BI).
Own project financials: budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, and vendor accountability.
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring quality control and timely escalation.

What you need to have to be considered
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years in Project/ProgramManagement; 8+ years in Logistics/Supply Chain/Retail.
Proven experience with Manhattan WMOS, system integrations, and vendor management.
In depth understanding and proficiency of project management methodology/tools, including Jira, Rally etc., for Software Development Life Cycle
Experience in working with technical developers in making progress on technical deliverables/ milestones.
Solid technical understanding of logistics IT systems and architecture.
Experience in working with technical developers in making progress on technical deliverables/ milestones.
Skilled in project planning, execution, and escalation.
Proficient in data-driven decision-making and executive-level reporting.
Ability to work with 3rd party vendors, being able to see the big picture of the project.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $112,000- 130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Our Red River Area has an immediate opening for an Environmental Associate Project Manager! This position is located in Kingsville,Texas office.
The successful candidate will work with a dynamic team of environmental professionals to develop and implement innovative technical solutions for the projects.
Ideal candidates must have progressive experience in environmental consulting, a working knowledge of federal regulations, an in-depth knowledge of Texas regulations, financial management, and the ability to provide high-end technical support on complex projects. As a technical resource and role model, this leadership position requires an excellent attitude and an ability to communicate effectively with clients, regulators, and junior staff.
Responsibilities:
* Daily management of all phases of environmental projects including, but not limited to - Phase I/II Studies, groundwater, and soil investigations, risk assessments and hydrogeologic studies
* Evaluation of sites for Monitored Natural Attenuation
* Remedial alternatives analysis
* Plans and executes project effectively and efficiently using appropriate tools such as project management plans, kickoff meetings, resource planning, schedules, and periodic team project meetings.
* Understands financial management concepts and uses the right tools to manage budgets.
* Effectively prepares scopes and fees for new or additional work with appropriate staffing, rates or billing structure, and target multiplier.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field required
* Experienced in the management of assessment and remediation projects.
* Must have experience with the preparation of project scopes, managing budgets and level loading resources.
* 4-8 years of progressive technical experience within environmental consulting, experience must specifically relate to environmental assessment and remediation projects.
All new hire medical surveillance physical exams include a nine-panel, split specimen drug screen and a breath alcohol test. All drug and alcohol testing is conducted in accordance with Kleinfelder's Substance Abuse Policy. This position may be subject to client mandated random screenings.
This position may require work on projects requiring full vaccination from COVID-19.
