This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational safety management to create a robust safety culture and reduce on-the-road (OTR) safety incidents and events across all miles. In this position you will be responsible for collaborating with local operations and support teams to execute road safety standards, as well as supporting harmonization between OTR and under the roof (UTR) /on-site safety practices. You will also be responsible for engaging contracted transportation partners in your region, like Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), Flex Delivery Partners (DPs) and Middle Mile carriers, and supporting their conformance to Amazon safety standards. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree. 6 + years of related experience. 4 + years of relevant SCI experience.
