In March of 1974, Arvid Kohler and Don Ruggles purchased a small pallet and crating company located in Moline, Illinois - Export Packaging Company.
In 1996, when Arvid Kohler passed away, Don Ruggles became sole proprietor of Export Packaging Company.
When Sean Waltman returned to the ring in 1998, he had subsequently gotten involved with DX. But before that, his spell in the WCW was short-lived as he suffered a neck injury.
In 2011, Greg Ruggles extended the ownership lineage of his grandfather and father by becoming an owning partner with his father, Don Ruggles.
