Job Purpose:
Position will report to the Warehouse Manager and is responsible for supervising warehouse operations. This includes communicating transitional information during shift handoffs, managing any staff assigned to the shift-including employee performance reviews and any disciplinary actions-and overseeing all computer entry work and paperwork flow.

Job Purpose: Position will report to the Warehouse Supervisor. + Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights (frequently up to 50 lbs. and occasionally greater than 75 lbs.); move and position a converter dolly with an average weight/pull force of approximately 128 lbs.
+ Safely climb in/out of a tractor cab/trailer
+ Sit for extended periods in a truck tractor and/or on a forklift; safely operate heavy equipment and a forklift
+ Walk and stand for extended periods on various surfaces that may be uneven or slippery (including working outdoors in inclement weather)
+ Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
+ Operate a tractor-trailer combination for up to 11 consecutive hours, in all types of weather, while safely transporting hazardous/non-hazardous materials

Job Purpose:Position will report to the Co-Pack/Retail Fulfillment Manager. Manage any staff assigned to shift including employee performance reviews and any disciplinary actions. They are responsible for the supervision of all computer entry work and all paperwork flow.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for assigning work assignments for all warehouse staffing, keeping in mind customer specifications.Monitors the quality and accuracy of all shipments according to customer specifications.Ensures that the department staff meets the requirements of each customer and that any requirement changes are up-dated and all staffing is trained on any changes to a customer.Communicates with customers and respond to inquiries as needed, implementing any actions required.Ensures the safety, training and development of employees, drivers, and contractors, in accordance with OSHA and RJW policies and procedures.Oversees the completion of all computer data entry as required, checking for accuracy and efficiency.Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.Maintains and approves of all shift employee timesheets for weekly payroll, including any temp hours, making corrections as needed. Monitoring all overtime hours to meet department requirements.Completes building checks daily notifying Co-Pack manager of equipment or building problems or preventive maintenance needed and assist with maintaining equipment according to manufacturer's recommendations.Ensures that warehouse employees adhere to all AIB processes, procedures and guidelines, and that they have had the AIB training for handling any food products in the course of their employment.Assures that all checklists for building, equipment, and safety are completed as designate by the SOP or Policy.
