There are no pros to working here.

Cons of working at XPO Logistics

Name it and its present in the culture. Lying, cheating, stealing! That is the culture and the minute they get caught they will just rebrand and move on to their next victims. If you as an employee engage in unethical behavior which is the culture, and you get caught or something goes wrong, they will throw you under the bus and ride right over top of you to save themselves. The American way eh!?
