There are no pros to working here.

Name it and its present in the culture. Lying, cheating, stealing! That is the culture and the minute they get caught they will just rebrand and move on to their next victims. If you as an employee engage in unethical behavior which is the culture, and you get caught or something goes wrong, they will throw you under the bus and ride right over top of you to save themselves. The American way eh!?

Flexible work schedule and dress code

Strong Silo Effect - the departments work independently and separately. There is not a clear career path for departments outside of Sales. AR Analyst are paid hourly which is not competitive and it is very difficult to achieve a desirable merit raise or be promoted.

Black employees are not treated fair I retired from XPO. They did not give me a retirement party, but two before me, they they gave their retirement parties

Excellent pay, benefits, and retirement plan. Great Place to Work for single or unattached people due to tough work-life balance
