Position Summary The Demand Planning Manager is a key member of the Supply Chain & Procurement team, responsible for developing and executing consensus-based demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and maximize customer satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of demand forecasting methodologies and supply chain principles. Responsibilities Develop and maintain unconstrained demand forecasts for all products across all sales channels. Analyze historical sales data, market trends, competitive intelligence, and other relevant information to identify demand patterns and forecast future demand. Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams to gather and integrate relevant data and insights. Develop and implement demand planning processes and procedures, including data collection, analysis, forecasting, and review cycles per the go to market calendar. Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory while meeting customer demand. Develop and present regular reports on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management in monthly S&OP meetings.
