This role will drive alignment across multiple business units, technology teams, and project portfolios to coordinate Cloud and Colocation data center migrations. You will lead governance development, integrated release planning, and process standardization across 20-30+ teams, ensuring consistent, scalable practices that support the organization's transformation through Q4 2027. As a Strategic Lead, You Will: Serve as the primary leadership interface between stakeholders, local Release Managers, and governance bodies. Design, implement, and scale an enterprise-wide release management framework based on ITIL best practices. Establish and manage the centralized, integrated release calendar across the portfolio. Lead conflict management and prioritization processes for competing release timelines and resources. Oversee governance, standards, and process adoption across business units. Ensure release management alignment with Cloud and Colocation migration objectives. Coordinate enterprise-level interface testing and manage dependencies across programs. Provide executive-level reporting including monthly release and conflict reports. Influence policy updates to support the release management model. Act as a change champion to build buy-in and adoption across diverse technical and business stakeholders. To Be Successful, You Need: US Citizenship and willingness to complete a background check which includes fingerprinting, drug testing and an interview 10+ years in IT program management, release management, or enterprise IT governance. Proven experience leading enterprise-wide process standardization initiatives in large, federated organizations. Expertise with ITIL Release Management and governance frameworks. Experience with large-scale data center migration and/or cloud adoption programs. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, including conflict resolution. Desired Skills (Plus Points): Experience in large financial, regulatory, or highly regulated enterprise environments. Understanding of service management platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
