With years of leadership experience, Zach brings a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership experience to his position, where he is responsible for using XSOLIS’ proprietary real-time predictive analytics and technology to support client objectives and internal business operations. A strategic thinker and an executive with a knack for elevating the teams, companies and individuals he serves to even greater heights, Zach seeks to create and deliver innovations in technology that change how healthcare is delivered.

Zach previously held leadership roles at HCA Healthcare, Inc., the largest for-profit operator of hospitals in the United States. Most recently serving as Assistant Vice President, Technology of Case Management and Performance Improvement, he was responsible for using technology to achieve operational excellence, improve clinical workflows and augment quality outcomes. Prior to HCA, Zach served as Vice President of Strategic Development and Chief Information Officer at CareHere.

In addition to active community involvement, non-profit board memberships, and numerous leadership awards to his name, Zach has served as an Adjunct Instructor in the College of Business at Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee since 2005, where he instructs courses ranging from International Business to Principles of Management and Marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lipscomb University and a Master of Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.

Heather Bassett is a Chief Medical Officer at XSOLIS.

Tim has more than 20 years of experience in health care and information technology. Previously, he served as the Chief Growth Officer at WellSky and Sr VP of client development at Cerner, where he held executive responsibility for solution and services sales as well as sales operations.

Tim currently works as the Chief Revenue Officer at XSOLIS, a healthcare technology startup that provides data-driven, analytics-fueled solutions to break down the silos that exist between providers and payers to create a better healthcare system for all.

As Chief Growth Officer at WellSky, he led the organization's long-term growth strategy - aligning sales processes, systems, and teams to successfully establish strategic client relationships.

Daniel Benetz serves as Chief Financial Officer at XSOLIS, a position responsible for scaling the financial operations of the organization in order to pave the way for continued growth and forward momentum.

Previously, Dan served as Chief Financial Officer for The Tugboat Group, an organization that grows businesses and supports entrepreneurs through various stages of start-up, growth, and longevity. In this role, Dan also served on the boards of software-as-a-service organizations across verticals, including cloud-native software and artificial intelligence.

Dan started his finance career at Intel and Wells Fargo before serving as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations for NuGEN Technologies and Senior Director of Financial Planning and Europe Finance Director for Affymetrix.

Originally from Argentina, Dan grew up in Southern California, where he completed his undergraduate studies at UCLA and met his wife. Dan has lived in the Bay Area since the early 1990s and enjoys hiking, biking, and outdoor activities with his wife and dog, as well as spending time with their three adult children.
