I am an experienced CFO - my passion is working with investors and management teams in building, buying and selling companies. I have successfully completed four exits, probably the best known being the sale of giraffe to Tesco for £48.6m.

My background is wide ranging, working across a number of different industries, in both fast growth and turnaround environments. I consider myself sector agnostic, and am always keen to explore new industries. My experience is wide ranging from leisure and property to manufacturing and E-commerce.

I have worked with many PE houses including 3i, BGF, Hermes and on multiple occasions with Risk Capital Partners. Additionally, I have worked with a number of entrepreneurs having been hired (rather than fired!) by Lord Sugar. As CFO at Tottenham Hotspur I spent six years working alongside ‘Apprentice’ adviser Claude Littner.

Through my business, Intelligent Goat, I am a mentor of CFOs, FCs and CEOs across a wide variety of sectors. I am also an NED and investor in the Brighton Pier Group plc where I Chair the Audit Committee. I work with the Institute of Chartered Accountants where I am a Mentor on their Leaders in Finance Programme. I am also a regular speaker and writer on subjects such as working in Private Equity backed businesses, how to sell your business and what is it like to work with Entrepreneurs.

Mike Ingebrand is a Chief Operating Officer / Integrator at Xstrahl and is based in Suwanee, Georgia. He has worked as Service Engineer, Medical Imaging at Carestream; Technical Services Engineer at ACIST Medical Systems; and Director of Production at Medical Metrics. Mike studied at North Dakota State University between 1996 and 2001, CARLSON SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT between 2007 and 2011, and CARLSON SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT between 2010 and 2010.

Multi-discipline innovator focused on bringing novel technology to the marketplace. Author of several patents in a range of technology fields. Well versed in patent issues. Experience working in Silicon Valley, California for a biotechnology start-up with experience presenting to investors and helping raise capital.
