**THE ROLE** :
The Executive Assistant to the SVP and Chief Strategy and External Affairs Officer is a key position in our organization. The candidate should be looking to gain hands-on experience across functions through supporting key projects and key leaders within the organization. The ideal candidate is a positive influencer, proactive, approachable, and professional with demonstrated capability to work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced, team-oriented environment. **RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Organize internal and external meetings as well as participation in industry conferences
+ Assist in the compilation and distribution of materials prepared for executive leadership
+ Process expense reports and invoices
+ Act as a Gatekeeper of all contact with the public, clients, and staff coming through the executive's office
+ Manage extensive and complex calendars for Senior Executive (and several VPs within the organization) in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
+ Coordinate and organize senior meetings, draft communications and presentations, including agenda setting, material preparation and distribution, speaker coordination, and logistics.
+ Arrange and maintain extensive travel plans and itineraries for both international and domestic travel
+ Plan and lead events as needed
+ Responsible for processing department invoices utilizing the accounts payable system (Catalyst).
+ Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to accurately code invoices for payment from specific cost center and applicable projects within the annual budget.
+ Establish new vendors in the global procurement system(GEP) by providing accurate, verifiable vendor documentation.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ 10+ of administrative experience, ideally supporting at the SVP level (or equivalent)
+ Bachelor's degree preferred
+ A minimum of three years of administrative and corporate operations experience, including supporting C-suite executives, office management, expense reporting, travel coordination, event planning and team management
+ Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
+ Experience with travel and expense management software such as AMEX and Concur
+ Highly organized with attention to detail
+ Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities
+ Proven ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and exercise discretion, ability to balance differing opinions

The estimated hourly range for this position is $45 to $55 per hour plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range. Serve as the site Subject Matter Expert for crane lifts, lock out/tag out, fall protection, trenching, scaffolding, and confined space related work.
Responsible to enforce the safety directives per JCFS Safety Program, site-specific APPs and EM 385-1-1.
Conducts daily safety and health inspections; conducts mishap investigations and completes required reports; Maintains the OSHA form 300;
Maintains a safety and health deficiency tracking system that monitors outstanding deficiencies until resolution. Ensures sub-contractor compliance with safety and health requirements.
Occasional travel between sites being supported within the region. Additional travel for startup, training, etc. as needed.

Required Qualifications:
30-hr OSHA Construction Safety Class within the past 5 years and demonstrated continuing Safety training thereafter (8 hour per year) or the ability to obtain OSHA 30 hour certification within first 30 days of employment.
5+ years of continuous experience in construction safety inspection and administration with similar large-scale projects.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer literacy, including with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
The ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearances and badges as required for the sites being supported. (This involves a background/character, criminal history, employment, and credit check).

What you will do:
This skilled position involves installing, programming, troubleshooting, configuring, commissioning, and servicing Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control and CCTV Systems as well as other related building system products at customer sites. Conducts daily safety and health inspections; conducts mishap investigations and completes required reports; Maintains the OSHA form 300;

What your day will look like as a Senior Field Service Technician
The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of our water purification equipment, utilizing a company service vehicle. Specific training will be provided. Position Requirements for a Senior Field Service Technician
HS diploma or equivalent
2-5 years technical experience preferred- industrial or commercial process water experience a plus
Service and repair knowledge of mechanical equipment
Experience in troubleshooting and repairing related industrial equipment
Experience with electrical components/plumbing , a plus
Experience with Microsoft office, including the ability to utilize smart devices
Ability to work in a high customer facing position
Ability to identify and remedy potential safety concerns
Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, MVR, and DOT physical
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 50% or more daily travel- home daily.
The estimated salary range for this position starts at $30/hour Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills and experience. How you will do it:
Conduct comprehensive inspections of emergency lighting systems on a college campus, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Assist senior inspectors with fire alarm and sprinkler system inspections as required.
Identify and document deficiencies on inspection reports, providing clear descriptions and recommendations for corrective action.
Develop and maintain inspection schedules, adhering to established timelines.
Communicate inspection progress and discovered deficiencies to the college campus representative frequently and clearly.
Work independently and manage daily tasks effectively, prioritizing safety and timely completion.
Maintain regular communication with supervisor and account representative regarding the status of -ongoing inspections, identified issues, and other site-related concerns.

Job Overview:
The Field Service Technician for Ingersoll Rand's Compression Systems and Services Division serves customers by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all makes of rotary screw and reciprocating and/or Centac and ECC air compressors, along with additional compressed air system components. You will use precision measuring tools for diagnostic troubleshooting of compressed air equipment. In addition, you need to have knowledge of all operations and parts manuals associated with all equipment.
Responsibilities:
In addition to performing preventative maintenance on Ingersoll Rand compressed air equipment, our service techs will interact with customers to address existing and unanticipated equipment concerns. Collaborate with Service Coordinator on ordering and gathering parts and supplies necessary to complete installations and repairs. All service technicians will assist and train apprentices and Field Service Technicians.
* Effectively communicates verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers.
* Provides technical assistance on equipment pre-commissioning and start-ups, installations, and repairs of compressed air systems. Including "hands-on" work to assure equipment operates to customer's requirement with limited guidance from the Master Technician.
* Increases Ingersoll Rand customers awareness of how Ingersoll Rand products, services, and solutions, such as Preventative Maintenance, Diagnostics, Audits and Leak Detection can benefit their operations.
Requirements:
* 2 years+ experience of troubleshooting industrial/commercial mechanical systems.
* Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI in the previous 5 years, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
* Every service technician is required to be on-call, but you will not be on-call for the first 90 days to get used to the schedule. This is shared with every service tech, and it requires being available 24/7 for the 1-week duration where you will go to customer sites. On-call weeks can be as often as every 4 weeks or greater than 4 weeks, but that will be determined by the hiring manager.
* This position is highly physical and requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, and kneeling. It requires employees to regularly lift and or move weight limits in line with the safety policy.
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Core Competencies:
* Able to read wiring schematics and diagrams for all equipment.
* Advanced network systems installations (IMMC/ASC, X Series Automation).
* Basic vibration troubleshooting.
* Basic Air Quality (system compressor/dryer - air treatment).
* Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and other basic computer usage. Working proficiency with handheld computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad) and network bases.
* Maintain proper business travel practices in a cost-efficient manner.
