The Branch Procurement Senior Manager - WSS Procurement is responsible for leading and setting the procurement strategy across all WSS branches. This role owns how branch procurement functions operate, ensuring alignment to Xylem's strategic procurement objectives while enabling reliable, compliant, and efficient day-to-day purchasing execution. The position serves as the senior procurement leader for all WSS branches, balancing strategic sourcing, supplier governance, and cost management with oversight of tactical purchasing execution. The Branch Manager directly manages the consultant team responsible for transactional and tactical purchasing, with a strong emphasis on standardization, process discipline, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** **Branch Procurement Strategy & Governance** + Define and execute the overall procurement strategy for all WSS branches, ensuring consistent processes, controls, and performance expectations across the network. + Establish how branch procurement operations function, including role clarity, decision rights, escalation paths, and standard work. + Ensure branch procurement activities are aligned with Xylem Global Procurement (XGP) category strategies, policies, and compliance requirements. + Act as the primary procurement leader and escalation point for branch-level sourcing, supplier, and commercial issues. **Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management** + Develop and execute sourcing strategies for branch-supported categories in alignment with global category management. + Lead supplier selection, RFx events, negotiations, and commercial agreements for strategic and high-impact spend. + Own strategic supplier relationships impacting WSS branches, including performance management, QBRs, scorecards, and corrective actions. + Build risk-mitigated sourcing strategies to ensure continuity of supply and operational resilience across branches. **Management of Tactical Purchasing & Consultant Team** + Directly manage the consultant team responsible for tactical and transactional purchasing activities across WSS branches. + Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and service-level requirements for day-to-day purchasing execution. + Drive continuous improvement in purchasing accuracy, responsiveness, compliance, and cycle times. + Identify opportunities to standardize processes, reduce rework, and improve data quality within SAP and purchasing workflows. + Partner with XGP and branch leadership to evolve the tactical purchasing model as business needs change. **Cost Management & Value Creation** + Drive branch-level cost reduction & harmonization initiatives, VA/VE efforts, and total cost of ownership (TCO) optimization. + Leverage spend analytics, SAP data, and market intelligence to identify savings and productivity opportunities. + Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Finance on localization, make-versus-buy, and design-to-value initiatives supporting branch needs. **Contracting, Compliance & Systems** + Lead contract strategy and negotiations supporting WSS branch procurement, including pricing agreements and service levels. + Ensure compliance with Xylem procurement policies, ethics standards, and audit requirements across all branches. + Maintain governance over SAP source lists, info records, outline agreements, and procurement master data accuracy. **Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication** + Collaborate with branch operations, planning, quality, logistics, and finance to ensure procurement decisions support service levels and operational performance. + Support NPIs, engineering changes, and branch growth initiatives with proactive sourcing and supplier alignment. + Provide leadership with insights on market trends, supplier risks, inflation, and capacity constraints impacting branch operations. **Key SAP Responsibilities** + Governance and oversight of purchasing master data accuracy (info records, source lists, pricing conditions). + Review and approval of outline agreements, purchasing contracts, and sourcing documentation. + Drive continuous improvement in SAP purchasing processes and data discipline across branches. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (APICS/ASCM certification preferred) - or equivalent Xylem/Evoqua experience. + 7+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience, including strategic sourcing and operational leadership. + Demonstrated experience managing teams and/or outsourced or consultant-based purchasing models. + Strong SAP MM expertise, advanced Excel and data analytics skills. + Proven ability to set strategy, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in complex environments. - Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations - Identify and resolve any issues or delays in logistics operations Budget and Cost Control - Develop and manage logistics budget - Analyze data and identify cost saving opportunities - Our pipeline operations and industrial gas production facilities are closely monitored 24/7 within our leading-edge operations control center located in Houston, Texas. Our operations control group monitors over 89,000 data points and assists with product supply and coordination. We are constantly optimizing our supply network to provide high reliability and energy efficiencies allowing Air Liquide to adjust supply needs more quickly and effectively enabling growth to our customers. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?As the H2PL Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for sustaining the long-term maintenance strategy across all H2PL production facilities. This key leadership role reports directly to the H2PL Director of Operations. We are seeking an experienced and capable leader to drive our maintenance culture to world class status. This role requires strong collaboration with Operations, Field Sourcing, Reliability, and HSES teams. Maintenance coordinators at each facility will report directly to this position. Support and comply with all Air Liquide Safety, Health and Environmental procedures/policies Work with all site maintenance coordinators & managers directly to embed asset and work management principles. Coordinate all maintenance activities with the plant managers as well as the H2PL Operations Director. Maintains all necessary regulatory requirements. Lead and coordinate maintenance activities at the different H2PL sites. Lead the Maximo utilization effort as well as asset and work management practices. Monthly reporting to the Operations Director as well as Maintenance Director Contribute to all performance evaluations, hiring, promotions and assignments for day to day maintenance personnel. Manages local exceptional maintenance and escalates to National Maintenance when necessary Ensures proper documentation of work within Maximo -Review vendor repair, test & inspection reports communicating results summary to affected plants. Work with the National Warehouse and National maintenance to identify strategic (Inventory Supply Request) ISR's. Engages subject matter experts to direct and oversee vendor shop repairs; ensure highest quality work and adherence to Air Liquide standards Maintain compliance of PM program and ensure follow up work is performed and documented Ensures coordinators complete plant based major maintenance activities on schedule and budget Participates in and understands the R&M budgeting process. Monitors, trends, and reports on the effectiveness of MMP through KPIs. Works with the Maintenance analyst and Maximo team to ensure accuracy of KPIs. Keeps Maintenance documentation current, including equipment files and manuals, job plans, and Maximo records. Assists with equipment troubleshooting as required and dispatches teams as needed for the same. Establishes clear delegation of this authority to trained subordinates. Partners with the Plant Managers and Zone Directors to execute predictive and preventive maintenance to eliminate catastrophic failures and unplanned maintenance. Sets and maintains high housekeeping standards to exemplify and improve the Air Liquide image. Adheres to Management of Change procedure. Partners with the TAR maintenance teams to ensure that support to and from each team is appropriately sourced as needed. Required Qualifications Mechanical / electrical / industrial engineering degree required or high school diploma/ GED required and relevant qualification preferred plus 10+ years process industry experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable. Technical and working understanding of the plant processes - Cogen, Hydrogen production (HyCO) and Syngas. Extensive experience with Maintenance Planning and Scheduling and working within a maintenance system that requires both. Ability to lead and coach employees and peers in Air Liquide's Maintenance Management Process. Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating and maintaining plants. Ability to participate in root cause analysis investigations. Computer literacy - familiarity with Google suite of applications, able to remotely access Intranet and learn to use internal systems including Maximo and MS Project. Detailed knowledge of personnel and equipment planning and scheduling techniques to optimize cost vs. downtime. Able to deliver and explain training material to maintenance personnel. Extremely organized and effective at time management - able to establish and maintain equipment filing systems and control of engineering documents. Ability to interpret key operating documents. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer with experience in Portable Life Support Systems (PLSS) or related life support systems to join our Houston-based team. This role will focus on the design, integration, and testing of electrical and electronic subsystems that support astronaut life support functions in space applications. The candidate should understand basic material compatibility with space environments and softgoods. Reviews the work of members of the project teams to ensure conformance with established guidelines, methods, procedures, and policies. Provides technical oversight and assistance to other departments as required. Provide support to in-field applications if necessary. This position is subject to moderate supervision with latitude for independent judgment. The Ideal candidate will have a background in aerospace with experience in aircraft pressurization systems. Responsibilities: * Design and develop electrical systems and components for Spacesuits, PLSS, and other products including power distribution, sensors, control electronics, and embedded systems. * Design and develop electrical systems product design to ensure all specifications and system interface requirements are met. * Interfaces with customers, defines system interface, and conveys requirements to Design Engineers. * Evaluates and trades potential system and component options at all levels. * Performs qualitative and quantitative analysis of options and makes recommendations to both internal and external customers. * Prepares product verification plans to demonstrate compliance with specification requirements. * Work with fabrication and manufacturing departments to ensure final design is properly executed in the creation of mechanical products. * Use drafting tools or computer-aided design (CAD)/drafting equipment and software in design work. * Prepares test plans and procedures for systems, subsystems, and components that must demonstrate compliance through testing. * Disseminates engineering inputs to other departments for use in the preparation of technical orders, manuals, logistics support, reliability reports, maintainability data, and system safety inputs, * Prepares material for presentation and participates in design reviews with both in-house personnel and customers in attendance. * Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical hardware into the overall PLSS architecture. * Develop schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts, and interface control documents. * Support hardware prototyping, build-up, and functional testing in lab and environmental test settings. * Perform failure analysis, root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with NASA and aerospace industry standards for safety, reliability, and human-rated systems. Requirements: * Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering. * 5+ years of Engineering experience in Aerospace.
