* Field sales position responsible for selling Electronic Services (Moves, Adds and changes) to assigned customer base (geography or account).

What you will do
Under direct supervision of the Area Resource Manager, the HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator receives and schedules customer calls for service. Manages the schedule of assigned technicians and mechanics. Ensures schedule allows for timely completion of preventative maintenance and aligns with monthly forecasting goals. Debrief activities of assigned technicians/mechanics daily, coordinating with technicians/mechanics to resolve concerns quickly. Assesses job completion and collaborates with Customer Billing Coordinators and Customer Support Coordinators to progress completed jobs through the appropriate business process.

Receives customer requests for unscheduled or scheduled service.
Coordinates labor scheduling to align technicians to the appropriate customer and service needs.

What you will do
As an HVAC Electrical Controls Installer under specific supervision, performs routine installation and checkout on a variety of systems utilizing codes, company procedures, engineering drawings and personal analysis. Works with "Prime" electrical contractors as required. Develops a positive interface with the customer to ensure confidence and satisfaction with the system installation.
How you will do it
Installs raceways, cables and wiring to meet local or national codes, standards, and customer system requirements.
Mounts and terminates controls equipment as needed.
May assist sales with electrical estimates, including walking retrofit projects.
Checks out wiring and terminations with test instruments as needed.
Keeps management informed of job needs, progress and issues.
Completes paperwork, including but not limited to time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation. Provides feedback to JCI Engineering on changes and keeps as-built drawings current.
Resolves job site conflicts regarding installation issues or escalates concerns to management as required.
Communicates with the customer as necessary upon arrival and before leaving the work site.
Adheres to Johnson Controls safety programs and policies.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Overview:
The Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and applicable regulatory requirements within our medical device manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:

Job Overview
The Production Planner is responsible for creating and organizing production schedules to meet customers' demand and quality requirements. They are also responsible for maintaining component inventory stocking levels to support production needs while also supporting business performance metrics. Production planners are an integral part of the manufacturing team as they define what to produce and when to produce it. Requirements:

Responsibilities:
* Complete projects, report status, and document lessons in an efficient manner. Utilize project management tools in establishing timelines, building action items lists, assigning responsibility, completion dates and achieving milestones.
* Lead flawless launch activities and solicit active participation in feasibility meetings, FMEA , DFM , part print review, tool design review and kaizen events using cross-functional teams.
* Provide timely support to the quoting team in determining the most efficient manufacturing methods and tool design concepts for competitive, prompt RFQ responses.
* Interface with the sales team and customers to clearly define requirements and specifications.
* Develop and implement new processes, tooling, and manufacturing concepts, working closely with vendors to meet customer expectations for cost, quality, and delivery.
* Execute validation and qualification ( IQ / OQ / PQ ) protocols for new products, equipment, tooling, and processes, and follow SOPs for re-validation of existing systems.
* Provide technical assistance and engineering support to the manufacturing floor, ensuring quality production and on-time delivery, while working with Quality Control to maintain and implement project-related documentation such as work instructions, control plans , and process guides.
* Lead process improvement and waste elimination efforts through Lean principles and participate in continuous improvement events.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of science in a related engineering field from a four-year college or university.
* 5+ years of relevant experience in the Medical Device Industry preferred.
* Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Minitab (or other statistical analysis software).

What you will do
As an HVAC Electrical Controls Installer under specific supervision, performs routine installation and checkout on a variety of systems utilizing codes, company procedures, engineering drawings and personal analysis. What you will do:
Under general direction is responsible for the sale of Johnson Controls Building Efficiency (BE) offerings to business owners at the Director level. Promote the Johnson Controls value proposition to building owners / end users by providing business and technical solutions. Builds and manages long term customer relationships/partnerships with assigned accounts. Positions renewable service agreements as a foundation of managed account relationships. Executes the sales process to aid in cultivating and managing long-term relationships and in seeking out, qualifying and closing new sales opportunities.
How you will do it:
Sells, with minimal supervision, the Johnson Controls offerings persuasively, persistently and confidently to building owners at the D-level while reaching optimal profit levels. Focuses on improving the existing and new facilities to allow the building owner to achieve business objectives. Sells, renews and expands renewable service agreements, including multi-year agreements, to both new and existing assigned customers.
Builds partnering relationships with the owner or owner representatives responsible for the decision-making process to drive the sale of Johnson Control offerings.
Addresses customer's operational and environmental objectives, needs and requirements. Recommends solutions and links customer objectives to total value solution and competitive advantage. Differentiates Johnson Controls services and products from competitors by applying creativity, ingenuity, and innovation in a value added sales approach.
Actively establishes a “mentee” relationship with a Sr. Account Executive within the branch to assist with their development as a professional BE sales person, with the goal of enhancing his or her productivity.
What we look for:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline. A minimum of one year of successful field sales experience. At least one year successfully selling HVAC or building automation system industry. Demonstrates a commitment to integrity and quality in business. Excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills.

Job Overview
We are looking for a Lube Technician with a CDL to work a swing shift. The starting hours range from 2:30 - 7PM. In this position you will be in a truck at customer sites changing oil and luids, and taking hydraulic samples. You'll also do visual inspections of the heavy equipment.
Scope
* Maintain an annual repair efficiency of 85%
* Maintain annual rework hours (as a percentage of hours billed) of less than 3%
* Must be able to meet standard repair times as defined by Komatsu Equipment Company (KEC) job codes listed in PFW
* Maintain all company balanced scorecard goals
* Maintain a minimum average score of 4 - 6 on the Technical Section of the Technician Competency Matrix

Key Job Responsibilities
* Complete assigned jobs and task to meet flat rate times and re-do metric.
* Work safely and follow all KEC/Customer safety policies and procedures.
* Complete related paperwork and access databases require to complete job (work order, parts order, JSA, DBS, SIMS, SIS web, STW) accurately and timely.
* Follow contamination control and HAZMAT rules and regulations.
* Remove and install parts, disassemble and assemble components, and test and adjust assemblies with minimal supervision.
* Ability to provide accurate quotes and pricing estimates to the customer.

Qualifications/Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Flexibility to work various schedules including shift work
* CDL is required
