Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Representative to lead sales efforts for water and wastewater solutions-including odor control, emerging contaminants, disinfection, and related technologies-within the municipal market in New Jersey. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with experience selling technical or environmental solutions to public sector clients.
You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle: identifying new opportunities, engaging with municipal stakeholders, delivering impactful presentations, and driving growth within your assigned territory. + Determine appropriate HTS and ECCN classifications of WSS parts and equipment and maintain classification databases.

**Skills and Qualifying Experience:**

+ Deep understanding of global trade regulations (EAR, ITAR, Customs, OFAC, etc.) and tariff classification procedures.

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 plus bonus. We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our Williams Assembly team. This role will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging products on an assembly line or independently in a manufacturing facility. Johnson Controls Advanced Services Division is seeking an experienced Inspection Manager who is a self-motivated and driven individual with superior relationship building skills.
How you will do it
* Work with the technicians to review daily work of Inspection Department to understand what was completed, which calls were left open and why, as well as a review of long-term inspections to ensure they are on target with the completion date. Review of the current day's schedule.
* Ensure that the budget, forecasting and margin expectations for ACE Inspection business are being met.
* Emphasize safety daily for all Inspection Department employees. Ensure all required programs are completed in a timely fashion.
* Conduct regular calls with field Supervisors and communicate daily with Inspection Despatchers to ensure all scheduling is up to date and deal with any issues they may be having.
* Be involved with any Inspection Department AR dispute issues.
* Establish a Sales Lead Incentive and Upsell goal per Supervisor / Inspector, with monthly progress updates.
* Increase Inspection Department tasks per day to adhere to company expectation.
* Promote MDQ program and on the spot repairs if applicable and approved.
* Develop, implement, and regularly review (monthly) the Inspection Department business plan with Service Manager. Facilitate the development of strategic action plans for the key 3-4 specific activities determined to drive the highest impact on the Inspection business. Maintain on call and vacation scheduling for all the ACE technicians.
* Work with Service Manager and CCR's to continue the Top 100 Customer Visit program, utilizing both the district service team as well as the district sales team. Work with Service Manager to utilize the customer cancellation process within your district, driving to achieve a Retention Rate of greater than 92%.
* Responsible to deliver On-Time Inspections are at or better than 98.5%.
* Work with Deficiency Sales Team to deliver conversions and grow T&M
* Manage field productivity through clearly defined processes and procedures. Require field supervisors to develop a business rhythm using measurable metrics evaluate performance.
* Facilitate management of inventory process through regular, truck inventory management and monthly cycle counts.
* Develop and implement Personal Development Plans with Service Manager for all employees. All employees will be granted performance reviews to discuss YTD behavioral and performance goals.
* Work with Service Manager on hiring and staffing decisions necessary based on financial performance of the business and employee performance, embracing Diversity with every new hiring decision.
* Facilitate all on-boarding activities for any new service employees. Assign formal mentor and develop a written plan with measurable goals and timeline.
* Conduct regular follow up meetings to confirm compliance and achievement of plans.

What you will do:
Under direct supervision, tracks and provides direct support for the installation contract business. Job Summary:

Inspectors are responsible for conducting routine inspections, testing, service, and preventative maintenance on Simplex Fire Alarm Systems as well as similar competitive manufacturers' product lines. Work with low voltage wiring and associated devices for the operation of low voltage equipment. Complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding through communication devices such as laptop computers and/or hard copy. Follow and maintain a highly structured inspection schedule. Input, retrieve and archive inspection documents via mobile device. Complete assigned inspections on time. Perform other duties as assigned.
How you will do it
Some documented experience in low voltage electrical systems. We will train new hire.
Experience with hand tools and multi-meter usage.
Demonstrates an aptitude for troubleshooting systems and performing necessary small repairs.
What we look for
Required
1-3 years documented experience working with low voltage electrical systems and Fire and /or Security Systems experience required.
Possess a valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Successful completion of the Inspector Entrée Course (Electrical or Sprinkler).
Achieve NICET Level I certification after 1 year on the job
Demonstrates an aptitude for troubleshooting systems.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs.
Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult position such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.
Ability to work flexible hours including on occasion
Demonstrate a high level of customer service.
Ability to work well with others.
Self-starter that can work with supervision.
Ability to adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and an ability to learn quickly.
Preferred
Experience with hand tools and multi-meter usage.
NICET certification preferred

Responsibilities
* Engineering: Plan, coordinate, and continuously improve manufacturing processes by leveraging knowledge of product design, materials, tooling, and production capabilities; analyze workflow and workforce utilization to optimize space and efficiency, while actively supporting production and resolving engineering issues with a proactive, hands-on approach.
* Design and Analysis: Support new engineering development by contributing to design reviews, optimizing equipment and workspace layouts for efficiency, and collaborating with planning and design teams to ensure product and tooling designs enable effective and streamlined production methods.
* Communication and Documentation: Collaborate cross-functionally with management, engineering, suppliers, and production teams to align manufacturing capabilities and schedules, resolve issues, communicate plans effectively, and support production through data analysis and reporting.
* Process Improvement: Ensure manufacturing processes and procedures align with company standards by leading continuous improvement initiatives rooted in Lean Six Sigma, redesigning workflows to boost productivity, and maintaining a strong focus on quality, ergonomics, and safety across multiple light industrial production lines.
* Cost Reduction: Manage production costs and schedules by evaluating labor, materials, and equipment needs, overseeing maintenance and repairs, and supporting cost reduction initiatives through effective communication with suppliers and resolution of technical issues related to drawings, BOMs, and material specifications.
* Quality Control: Support quality initiatives by actively participating in engineering and quality discussions and recommending improvements to enhance production standards and outcomes.

Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
* 1+ years' experience as a manufacturing / industrial engineer and experience with CAD Software
* 1+ years of experience in lean manufacturing, VSM, Kaizen, 5s, etc.
* 1+ years of experience implementing cost reduction and process improvement initiatives
* 1+ years' experience launching new products into production and familiarity with fixture and test equipment designs and construction
