Pros of working at Yankee Candle

Great discount. If you are lucky enough to work with good people the business works. One bad apple ruins the bunch.

Cons of working at Yankee Candle

A District Manager who has been in his posistion too long does not think that he can improve on his work ethic. There should be a time limit for District Managers who stay too long in one place.
