I have operated in the capacity of Chief Risk Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, and Chief Operating Officer, with full P&L responsibility, recognizing the importance of scalability, profitability, and growth.

I am a collaborative change agent, creating the vision and leading teams to delivery and improved Trust and Safety at iconic brands like Bank of America, Cielo and FinTech startups.

I love to problem solve and am able to create a vision and mission in the most ambiguous and evolving of situations and to deliver against the odds. Very comfortable with owning complex problem solving in fast-paced global matrixed organizations.

Including successfully leading international expansion and growth efforts in Europe and Asia and key contributor to the formation of a multi-billion dollar payments joint venture led by KKR and included First Data and Bank of America Merchant Services.

I use a data-driven leadership approach, based on motivating and managing teams using KPIs to ensure accountability, transparency and aligned efforts towards organizational goals.

I am experienced in corporate Board oversight having served, and continue to serve, as a Board Director both in the US and Europe.

He has worked as Chief Operating Officer at NXT-ID, INC.; Board Member at NXT-ID, INC.; and CEO/Co-Founder at Fit Pay. Michael works or has worked at INTER TEL (DELAWARE) INC, AVT INC, and Comdial. He studied at California Coast University.
