Your Day-to-Day Impact Coordinate with Heavy Equipment Operators to ensure proper rack storage. Monitor pipe flow to ensure accurate placement of threaded and unthreaded stock. Check SLNs and associated documentation for correct pipe quantities and location. Responsible for filling out all paperwork assigned accurately. Assist in inventory audits and track material movement for production scheduling. Conduct visual inspections for correct stencil markings, thread protectors, and mill identifiers. Report damaged, mismarked, or missing protectors and coordinate timely remediation. Ensure compliance with handling standards to preserve pipe integrity. Keep racks, walkways, and staging zones clean and orderly. Follow PPE requirements and safety protocols. Communicate risks or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly. Must be familiar with size, weight, grade, connection, and mill of all pipes being loaded or unloaded. Familiar with a pipe yard layout. Must be able to always conduct yourself in a professional manner when dealing with external and internal customers. Follow all company rules and policies.
