Your Day-to-Day Impact
Coordinate with Heavy Equipment Operators to ensure proper rack storage.
Monitor pipe flow to ensure accurate placement of threaded and unthreaded stock.
Check SLNs and associated documentation for correct pipe quantities and location.
Responsible for filling out all paperwork assigned accurately.
Assist in inventory audits and track material movement for production scheduling.
Conduct visual inspections for correct stencil markings, thread protectors, and mill identifiers.
Report damaged, mismarked, or missing protectors and coordinate timely remediation.
Ensure compliance with handling standards to preserve pipe integrity.
Keep racks, walkways, and staging zones clean and orderly.
Follow PPE requirements and safety protocols.
Communicate risks or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
Must be familiar with size, weight, grade, connection, and mill of all pipes being loaded or unloaded.
Familiar with a pipe yard layout.
Must be able to always conduct yourself in a professional manner when dealing with external and internal customers.
Follow all company rules and policies.
Follow all applicable instructions, specifications, and related requirements to meet the company's objectives.
Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Basic Function:
The successful candidate will conduct costumed operation of a fully electric, replica mid-19
th
century steam train carrying up to 120 passengers on a one-mile loop around Carillon Historical Park's 65-acre campus.
General Responsibilities:
Assist in providing a consistent and safe rider experience.
Provide a superior guest experience for all guests visiting the Carillon Railroad and Carillon Park.
Works with the Historic Trades Manager and Facilities Director on routine mechanical maintenance of train and track system.
Communicates effectively with Guest Services and Ticket Sales teams to maintain run schedule and rider expectations.
Position Responsibilities:
Maintain compliance with Daily Opening and Closing checklist standards to safely prepare the train for daily runs and storage of train.
Daily track inspections prior operating the train including manually greasing the rails, and clearing debris and leaves from track.
Monthly and Annual maintenance of train including greasing bearings, working on top of and underneath the train in a dedicated maintenance pit.
Keeping accurate maintenance records and reporting service needs to Historic Trades Manager and Facilities Director.
Qualification Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher preferred
Three to five years' relevant experience
General knowledge of electronic controls, basic mechanical aptitude, record keeping, and procedural compliance
Be passionate about guest service, and historical interpretation.
Strong organizational skills, communication skills and follow through.
Ability to handle the physical demands, multi-task and effectively manage stress, time schedules, large crowds.

YARD OPS 1 - Cleveland

The Yard Operations 1 position entails picking orders, processing customer returns, counting materials, loading and unloading trucks, servicing our rental equipment, and other general yard and warehouse duties. Frequent forklift operation is involved. Servicing rental equipment, pressure washing returned equipment to prepare for operations which includes repairs, painting, and related duties to meet branding standards. Extensive training will be and provided. This position is a safety sensitive role that requires compliance with the company's drug and alcohol policy and adherence to all safety regulations and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload equipment and materials onto and off trucks, primarily by forklift and occasionally by hand.
Communicate any identified safety or yard issues/requirements to the Yard lead
Assemble trench boxes and other trench safety equipment.
Signal equipment operators to facilitate the assembly of trench safety equipment.
Lubricate, clean, and repair machinery, equipment, and tools.
Operate hand and power tools as .
Control traffic passing in and around the yard.
Touchup and repaint products as to meet NTS branding standards
Ability to direct and answer any customer related questions
Maintain yard cleanliness.
