We are seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Compensation Principal to join our Global Total Rewards team. This role will be a key partner in designing, implementing, and managing executive compensation programs that align with our business objectives, support talent retention, and comply with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in executive pay structures, incentive plan design, market benchmarking, and governance practices, while demonstrating strong analytical skills and the ability to influence senior leadership within a publicly held company. Role Responsibilities: Design and manage executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual and long-term incentives, and equity plans. Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company strategy. Prepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings, including developing presentations, analyses, and benchmarking data. Partner with internal and external partners to ensure materials are timely and relevant. Lead the development of the annual proxy/CD&A disclosures and ensure compliance with SEC and other regulatory requirements. Partner with Legal, Finance, and Investor Relations on executive pay governance, shareholder engagement, and Say-on-Pay. Maintain equity policies, LTI eligibility criteria, and tracking for Senior Leaders. Liaise with incentive plan participants/executives around compensation with clear and confident communication, both written and verbal. Provide strategic guidance on executive offers, promotions, and retention packages. Monitor trends, best practices, and legislative changes in executive compensation and corporate governance. Assist with ad hoc executive compensation related inquiries, including, preparing exhibits, charts, graphs, and tables. Responsible for global mobility and relocation programs and compliance and partner with HRBPs, Finance, Tax and Legal to ensure proper administration and governance. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field. 8+ years of experience in compensation. 3+ years of executive compensation experience. 3+ years of experience working in a publicly-held company. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree or CEP/CECP would be highly preferred. Deep knowledge of executive pay practices, equity compensation, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SEC, IRS, FASB). Experience supporting Compensation Committees and preparing proxy disclosures. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism. The Analytical Chemistry and Media Lab team is searching for an Analytical Chemistry Intern to drive analytical support for the filtration development. The intern will have a specific method development project designed for the summer as an opportunity to expand their skills, learn about Donaldson, and broaden their work experience. Role Responsibilities: Collaborate with scientists and engineers to design experiments that solve thermo-mechanical problems in filtration product development. The Donaldson internship program provides innovative students with meaningful, hands-on experience in a collaborative industry environment. Internships take place at various locations throughout the United States, during an 10-12-week period. As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Donaldson Company, you will be a part of a group focused on a particular filtration technology - whether it is air and liquid filtration fundamentals, chemical filtration, materials technology or process technology. You will interact with multiple engineers and scientists, conduct lab testing of filter materials and products, develop new filtration solutions and aid in bringing new technologies to market for our businesses. Role Responsibilities: Contribute in designing (CAD), testing, and manufacturing of leading-edge filtration technology Assist or lead lab testing to analyze performance for filter elements and assemblies Collaborate with applications engineers to assist with customer-specific project (e.g. test support, FEA, FMEA, stack up tolerance analysis) Minimum Qualifications: Currently enrolled undergraduate sophomore/2nd year or junior/3rd year in an accredited degree program pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, chemical or material science engineering, or a related field Preferred Qualifications: Energetic self-starter who seeks innovative solutions Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities Ability to independently lead projects within a collaborative environment CAD experience Applied hands-on experience with engineering practices, processes and protocols Prior internship, employment, volunteer or collegiate student organization experience in a manufacturing, lab or test environment Minimum 3.0 out of a 4.0 cumulative GPA Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
