Site Manager Compensations/Accommodations
o The Site Manager shall be an employee of J&A, Inc. and shall be compensated for services rendered with a salary determined by J&A, Inc.

o The Site Manager shall be notified of all the benefits under the adopted plan.
o IF the Site Manager is required to live on-site, he/she will be provided a free rental unit and is exempt from the requirements of the landlord/tenant law. 2. Perform carpentry work, such as fitting doors, freeing windows, replacing and building shelves, sanding and refinishing floors, as well as exterior and interior painting.
3. Replace broken glass, tile, carpet, screens, garbage disposals, fixtures, appliances, draperies, locks.
4. Assist in custodial and grounds work, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning windows, etc., in common areas.
5. Responds to work orders, resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
6. Assist in apartment move-in and move-out inspections and assist the Maintenance Manager or Community Manager in scheduling annual apartment inspections. Complete make-ready process of vacant apartments as directed by Manager.
7. Have knowledge regarding water and gas meter cut-offs, all apartment and fixture cut-offs, sewer clean-outs and post map of same.
8. Keep accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, work orders, apartment refurbishing, annual inspections, inventories, purchase orders, and perform scheduled maintenance on all equipment based on the manufacturers operating manuals.
9. Report any maintenance or resident related concerns to manager in a timely manner.
10. Periodically inspect all units, buildings and common areas, performing repairs and janitorial assistance as needed. Make sure storage areas and entrances are locked and adequate lighting in those areas is maintained.
11. Attend and participate in training seminars as requested. Be aware and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) standards and company safety policies and procedures at all times.
12. Ensure effective, timely and professional interactions with residents, contractors and property management team on all maintenance services provided.
13. May be required to track stock control and utilization of maintenance materials.

Absolute Staffers LLC is seeking a skilled and reliable Phlebotomist to join our team for placement at one of our client in Yazoo City, MS. Key Responsibilities:
Duties The contractor will provide Phlebotomy Services in a method commensurate with the local community. These services, although not directly supervised, will be reviewed by a physician on staff at the institution. The performance of these services will also be verified by the designated (COR). The Contractor will be responsible for the following:
•Assist the Physician, Physician Assistant, and/or Nurse with patient flow in a clinic setting by measuring the patient's vital signs and weight and scanning laboratory results in the Bureau Electronic Medical Record (BEMR).
• Organize, schedule, and perform laboratory studies, specimen collection and process within the Health Service Unit, to include A&O in-processing, DNA per procedure, vaccine programs and PPD updates.
• Prepare and ensure specimens are packed and transported according to the BPA or BOP Reference Lab and document per Health Services Unit Laboratory Procedures. Ensure that lab requests are completed properly, and all reports are returned from the BPA lab, provider notified, log results in as received, follow up appropriately, and file results in lab and medical record.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of the Health Services Manual and Unit Procedures necessary to accomplish the mission described herein, ensuring that the Laboratory Procedure Manual is updated accordingly.
• Assist the Health Service Administrator (HSA) or his/her designee in the coordination of BOP and Contract Reference . Lab contact, CLIA re-certification, maintenance of equipment and notification of needed supplies
Experience Requirements
Minimum least 1 year of experience providing Phlebotomist services.
Qualifications
Must have valid certification to practice in the state of Mississippi as a Medical Assistant, Laboratory Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician or Phlebotomist.
Must have graduated from an accredited school or program for phlebotomy
Must hold CPR Certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association).
Schedule
Work Hours: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., with a thirty (30) Monday through Friday, Forty (40) hours per week.
