Equipment Support: Assist Electrical Supervisor with equipment disassembly, shipping, and installation at customer facilities.
Diagram Interpretation: Read and interpret electrical diagrams and layouts for accurate system builds.
Documentation & Reporting: Update E-BOM summaries weekly and submit to Electrical Supervisor.
Material Procurement: Order and track non-BOM materials required for project completion.
Troubleshooting & Debug: Diagnose and correct hardwire circuit issues using electrical meters.
Equipment Layout: Position and mount electrical components such as panels, weld controllers, and HMIs around system perimeters.
Field Installation: Travel to customer sites for equipment installation, integration, and support.
Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to customer specifications, safety, environmental regulations, and company quality systems.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in process enhancements and material follow-up activities.
Housekeeping & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment while following all safety protocols.
Other: Other job duties may be assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
One-year technical certificate OR 3 years related experience/training (or equivalent combination).
Ability to use electrical test equipment, read/interpret electrical and controls drawings, troubleshoot, and repair.
Ability to lift up to 30-40 lbs unassisted and stand for up to 10 hours per day
Ability to work independently with personal tools and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Must be willing to submit to background check and drug screening
Must own a pair of steel toed boots or steel toed shoes

The Electrician will perform all aspects of electrical power distribution and telco installations on various applications throughout the wireless industry. The job includes installation of AC and DC power distribution for a variety of wireless equipment, installation of conduit, wiring, terminations and trenching for equipment. Troubleshooting and testing of electrical equipment. Travel from site to site for construction installation as required.
Skills & Experience:
Must possess and retain Master/Journeyman electrical license in the state were work is being performed.
Must complete all required code courses and continuing education required for licensing.
Prefer a minimum of 1 - 3 years' experience in construction of telecommunications.
Ability to work independently, as well as work in a team environment
Self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to thrive in an ever changing work environment.

Electrician will need to provide their own tools including standard electrician tools, meters etc...
Assemble quality electrical panels and complete machine wiring using provided E-plan and Auto Cad prints.
Must understand general electrical practices that provide safe, dependable equipment.
Troubleshoot and assist engineering in problems that may arise during build.
Neatly wire machinery to electrical panel while using correct components.
Ability to modify prints accurately to ensure safety and quality are maintained.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Must be able to work overtime when required.
15-20% Domestic Travel
Self-motivated personality and positive attitude, a must.
Ability to work with metric and standard prints. Exercises considerable care of equipment, tools, parts, machines, and materials to prevent damage.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Must be able to travel to install equipment.
Preferred Requirements:
Must be able to read and understand electrical schematics.
Must understand electrical circuitry and safe practices.
Must have at least 1yrs experience in the same or similar industry.
