Summary/Objective: The Lead Install Technician is expected to facilitate all aspects of a given installation with little supervision. Reports to the Manager, Facilities Services. Performs a variety of preventive maintenance duties, repairs, alterations, and modifications of buildings, equipment, and systems in skilled trade as a Plumber. Responds to and follows through on corrective maintenance of serious problems or conditions as reported by Facility Engineers or as instructed by supervision. Works independently as assigned. Rough-In Plumbing: $18-$25/hourly - negotiable based on experience! • Read blueprints • Familiar with local codes • Capability to be able to dig/trench • Operate machinery - excavators and bob cats • Familiar with wastewater, vent and gas lines • Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis • Walk, stand, stoop, bend repeatedly • Climb ladders if needed • Must have your own basic hand tools Labors: $14-$18/hourly • Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis • Walk, stand, stoop, bend repeatedly • Climb ladders if needed • Must have your own basic hand tools • Must have dependable transportation • Ability to take directions and help with all aspects of plumbing • Dependability and good attitude ABOUT US AND WHAT WE OFFER: We do HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical.
