JOB SUMMARY
The District Facilities Specialist works directly in the clubs of a given district to ensure the safety, repair and maintenance of the overall facility. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Assemble and disassemble gym and building equipment to ensure all external and internal parts are clean and functioning properly.
Assess and troubleshoot equipment to restore them to functioning status. This includes, but is not limited to the following based on specialization:
Pool Pumps/Filters/Chlorinators
Drains, Showers, Toilets, Sinks and Urinals
Electrical Panels, Fuses and Motors
HVAC units and Exhaust Fans

Communicate directly with vendors and technical support teams to diagnose issues and ensure proper part ordering.

Has been trained in and follows all OSHA, company, and Facilities department safety guidelines on a daily basis
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of all interior and exterior areas that are within the leased premises of each club.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Trade skills in either plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire safety and or pool equipment.
1-5 years of experience in a facilities, trade, or engineering role.

Must be able to perform all duties of a Level 1 - 3 Installer
Maintain professional appearance and attitude always.
Maintains required levels of truck stock items

Clean truck as needed, including exterior washing and interior cleanings. Vehicles should be kept free of trash, debris, unused food and drink. Vehicle interior should be swept free from excess dirt. Operate company vehicle following all safety standards and applicable laws
Properly use all tools and ladders in a safe manner

Properly prepare the job site using drop cloths, moving furniture or obstructions and prepare surface areas using floor protectors

Pick up parts, supplies and equipment from distributors in company vehicle as needed or required
